TV not function. Electrical wiring should be install properly.
It was the most unpleasant moment while staying at the hotel. First, we had to argue with the hotel staff about the rooms that we had booked. We believed and proved by email reservation that we had booked 2 rooms when they said its only one. Second, the shower at the bathroom was scary and it seems dangerous since the hotel using the gas to made the hot water for shower. When its turn on, it was made strange noise. And the third, we were experiencing fire accident in the house residence next to the hotel. So we and our car need to be evacuated in the middle of the night. We strongly suggest that the hotel management pay attention to safety treatment not only within the hotel but also with neighbors surround since the hotel located in residence area and attached close to its neighbor wall side by side.
Lovely place with a great atmosphere. The fish pond was a beautiful feature, although it did keep my friend up all night with the running water. Managed to find English channels on the TV, and had an overall relaxing time here. Only problem was a lack of sink, so we had to brush our teeth in the shower.
the toilet so smelly. water heater not functioning. and hotel is far frm main road. no buffet for breakfast, they serve what they cook (ex; fried rice).
hotel is not close to airport ( its located behind airport) so a 20 min drive via taxi. hotel dosent offer shuttle bus service anymore but still advertising it does. shower didn't work and no hot water. bedding and towels were dirty and staff were not helpful.

A Ok Hotel
A ok hotel due to budget constrain. Can get fast food to send order. Breakfast menu need to change on daily basis.

Cons:
1. Small Room
2. Very Small Toilet
3. Bad Shower Experience because the water heather is difficult to use
4. Bad Breakfast (only rice and curry and thats all)
5. Lights from outside can go through the hotel room as there are uncovered thick mirror top of the room near the roof
6. Location is deep in housing area in an alley. If you do not hire private transport, you will be stuck.

not a good experience.
I had a bad service experience here.The receptionist said that I gave wrong booking code that it took a while to check in. The next mornin, when they made up our room, they didnt give us tissue. We called to the receptionist but no one picked it up. I called with my cellphone to the hotel, then the receptionist said he will ask his friend to bring it. But till we checked out, we never received. They absoluteky need a custoner service training.

Good for its value
The location is not very near to shopping places, however taxis are abundant for you to get around. The hotel is good for its value. The hot water needs some improvement though.

Good service, average room, average location
The hotel staff mistook my arrival to be at night instead of morning, but made up for it by paying for my taxi fare. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was reasonable.
