If you are looking for accommodations in Banff that are reasonable and within walking distance, this is a good pick. We were provided with a Roam Pass to use local transportation. It was about a kilometre walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. One staff member was friendly.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Coffee station was awkward. The whole tray had to be pulled out & used somewhere else. The fridge was quite small. The bathroom was very spacious. Lots of room to put toiletries. The only food option was the Keg. Although a fantastic restaurant, it’s expensive. The internet was ok, but it wouldn’t reach to our little balcony. It would drop.

I feel like our room was basic. A little outdated. And not very clean. Found some ones toenail on carpet and the remote for the tv was filthy. I think if they charge that much. I would hope for a cleaner room.

Remarkable stay

Impressive room interior! We loved the mood of Banff. Our room window could be open a bit to get fresh air, the TV had a google chrome for my phone to connect. I could park my car during my group tour. Staff were so nice and smiling all the time; that made our one night stay!! Thanks!!
