The pictures of the property are misleading at best. There are multiple pictures that show the rooms have a microwave. Upon arrival we find out you have to bring your item to the front counter and they will use the microwave in the staff room. Rooms are much smaller than expected and dated, unlike the pictures in their ads. Beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are small. The pool area gives off a bathhouse feeling. This hotel is in a ski resort area and expects you to store your gear in the open in the parking garage and not in your room, which is an extra charge. Coffee maker in the room was extremely loud and didn't work. It seems as if they spent a bunch of money to redo the bathrooms and stopped there.

Nice hotel with clean quiet rooms and within walking distance of shopping and dining. Comfortable beds, good daily cleaning service, very helpful and friendly staff. Paid parking is $20CAD, but we found parking on the streets for most of our stay. Jacuzzi is okay and saunas (steam and dry) work well.

Loved the option of not needing a rental car during my trip. Easy paid shuttle to and from the airport (private vendors) and free shuttles to and from the ski resorts. We enjoyed the central location that had a ski resort bus stop nearby. Hint - walk up to the Banff Caribou Lodge to catch the shuttle. The shuttles can fill up in the morning and the earlier the stop the better. If a shuttle is full another one is 5 minutes behind it so not the biggest deal. We enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna. Perfect for after a day on the slopes. Daily housekeeping was great. We enjoyed the pizza restaurant on site, Carlito’s. Great food.

Hôtel was excellent and staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. My only (minor) issue was that the recycling options in the room could have been more clearly marked. We will definitely return.

Convenient walking distance from cafés, restaurants, and shopping area in Banff. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and parking conveniently located on site. Street-facing room a little noisy at night when partygoers return from the bars.

We liked the proximity to shopping & restaurants. We liked our loft suite but it got very hot in the loft. We turned on the fan, the A/C and opened the window at night. It was -18C at night so I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer. It was on the quieter side of Banff - we were surprised there was a $20 per night parking fee. Otherwise the hotel was quite nice.
