Jump on the free ski shuttle for a day on the slopes before returning to Banff Park Lodge for a drink at the bar/lounge and comforts including an indoor pool and a steam room. Housekeeping is available on request.

The hotel isn’t bad. The amenities are good and the service is great but the maintenance in the rooms isn’t great. Our heater wasn’t working and we were freezing had to come out at 1 am to ask about this in reception and they gave us heaters but that also triggered the breaker and we couldn’t use them. Long story short we had to change rooms at 1:30am because of this. They also didn’t offer anything to make up for that saying that I had booked through Expedia so there wasn’t anything they could do. Most likely not staying there again and trying somewhere else.

We really enjoyed the pool. We have a 3 year old and she loved the different pool temperatures. The location is awesome, short walk to restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was good quality for a fair price. The virtual assistant text line was also a great feature. We needed extra blankets and pillows and all we had to do was text the number and they were delivered to us promptly. It was also great for checking out.

Some daytime noise with the renovation work going on so as long as you aren’t napping, doesn’t affect you. Staff was excellent in all areas - front desk, concierge, restaurants. They have a complimentary self car wash in parking garage. Nice touch.

Great location and they are re-doing the rooms and hotel which is not quite done but the room we stayed in was and it was beautiful! Still a work in progress in other areas - great under ground parking for not much more - Had to wait for our room to be ready. So when they told us to come back waited a long time in a long line to get our room number even though we where all checked in !!!
