3-star hotel in Downtown District
Jump on the free ski shuttle for a day on the slopes before returning to Banff Park Lodge for a drink at the bar/lounge and comforts including an indoor pool and a steam room. Housekeeping is available on request.

It was an absolutely amazing experience with personable, friendly, helpful staff that helped guide us through dining venues for my sister who has celiac disease and dairy intolerance. The room was the biggest room I have ever been in with two bathrooms available for all five girls to share. The pool was gorgeous well maintained and warm. Location is perfect.
I wish I’d taken pictures during the day, but we arrived at night, but the room was bright and spacious
The bed was made and ready for us upon arrival, including the pullout couch
There was a safe in the brown cupboards on the left and two bathroom
I struggled to share a bed with my daughter, so they allowed a cot

Rooms are nice, beds were a little too hard for our liking. View of the mountains was nice. Communication on how to get to our room would have been appreciated. The elevator near the front desk only goes to the 2nd floor and there was no indication on where the other elevator was. Staff didn’t tell us, until we asked.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I was informed that parking was paid, even though there was no prior notice about it. During check-in, nobody explained where to go or how to find my room, so I had to figure it out myself. The room had two large beds, but only one small 30ml shampoo — clearly meant for just one person. Sleeping at night was impossible: the thermostat didn’t work, the room was too hot, and there was a constant rhythmic noise through the wall, possibly from a running hairdryer. Additionally, I found trash under the bed, and someone had left an alarm clock that went off at 6 a.m. I am pregnant, and all of these inconveniences made the night absolutely miserable. I will not stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to others.

This was our 4th continuous booking at this hotel. We had to change the room from the last so we checked out before 11 and left our room with concierge. They were supposed to deliver our luggage to the new room once ready. We waited for a text from the hotel but the text never came. So at 4pm we checked in. On our file we had previously requested that for our last booking we have the same view overlooking the bow river as in the previous room. When we checked in we learned that our luggage was brought into a room without the front desk sending us a text and we were waiting. Also, when I asked if we got the requested back view, the said there are no rooms available on that side but that they gave us a special room without a beautiful view and asked the concierge to show us the room. When we got to the room, we were outraged as the view was that of the parking lot. We called the front desk and asked if we could see another room. The concierge took us to another room, opened the room and there were people in it. The front desk told her to send us back downstairs to front desk. us to come back down. When we got back we told her again that we had requested a view at the back overlooking the bow river, and all of a sudden she gives us the specified view meanwhile, 10 minutes ago she said there were no rooms available. Really poor customer service from the front desk staff for the 3rd time in a row. Each time there was such a struggle for us that we had to write to the management.
