The view from our room was spectacular. The staff were amazing & very accommodating. However at an average of $450 per night the least they could do was put a microwave oven in the room instead of having to pay an extra $14.00 per night to rent one. The food was subpar in the restaurants & not worth the cost you pay but the service staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was grossly overpriced at $25.00 per head.

We were putting into a room without any view and carpet is very old, the room is really dark. Despite we paid over $500 US ( $668 Canadian) per night. We felt we were obviously discriminated because the reservation was made through Expedia instead of the hotel site. This is not the first time we had this kind of feeling, it happened many times before, the check in person would say because you booked through Expedia, that’s what you get.

Overall was very happy with our stay. On the last morning we were disappointed with how a hostess at breakfast was towards my wife and I, however perhaps she was having a bad day. Left a bit of a sour taste though. Was a clean hotel.

My husband and I came here for our ten year wedding anniversary and the staff were absolutely amazing, the amenities on site were all amazing breakfast buffet or a la carte with a restaurant at the main level. Pool hot tubs and sauna all well maintained. Loved the shuttle to the gondola out front along with the 2 minute walk to Banff ave and now river right behind! It’s absolutely stunning you won’t be disappointed I am already looking forward to coming back next year

Seriously disappointed. The room was dark, outdated, no outlets. The balcony was decent but no where to sit. I didn’t think I had to ask for an updated room but when I checked out they said I could have requested one. Horrible!
