This was a great location for a couple nights stay in Banff. Loved the convenience of parking and also the shuttles to nearby ski hills. The only things worth mentioning were that the hot tub jets didn’t work overly well and on our second night there was a staff party that went until 11 in the main lobby/restaurant and because of the positioning of our room, it was EXTREMELY loud. Technically quiet hours aren’t until 11 and as a young person, it wasn’t a huge issue, however there was no way anyone in that area could have slept until the party was done. They did promptly leave at 11 but it was a bit excessive. All that said, I would absolutely stay here again. Loved the property as a whole!

Everything was really nice. It is starting to show a bit of age inside. The room was really nice and clean. The fireplace was a terrific bonus. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants
