Overall, this is a great property to stay at. I would give it a five as everything was great however, a five is a bit special for here. We had absolutely no complaints and loved our stay.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were all very pleasant ano accommodating - from the front desk to housekeeping. Perfect location right in downtown waking around every things close by perfect place to stay in Banff 🙂

Was an amazing stay! Staff was amazing! Very quiet and clean! Had no issues with the room! Bigger pillows for the bed would have been a bit better! Also loveddd the fact they had a fan in the room! Made my sleep so much better! Definitely recommend!
