Fantastic location, great pools & steam room next door. Very clean and comfy room. I have stayed in many other hotels in the area and this one is tough to beat for value. They are evolving to offer even better value as time goes on. For the budget conscious traveller, it's a great find! Close to the Bow River and numerous walks.

Exception staff, cleanliness of room and view! The only thing that precludes me from giving 5 stars is the overpowering smell of cannabis in the hallway, elevator,—-pretty much everywhere except our room. Though we were on a no smoking floor, we we accosted with a strong scent of cannabis as soon as we left the room. Also, we found it to be a little bit misleading, that the promised pool, hot tub, and sauna were not part of the hotel, but the property across the parking lot. Otherwise, great staff and view!

Overall, the place is quite comfortable and convenient, basically some meters away from Banff town. I am not happy that we can hear noises from other rooms, and I am sure they heard us too. Our room was well prepared but there are some dusts on carpet and bed corners. Other than that, it's generally clean. The staffs are super nice and helpful! I am sure they can solve any questions you have!!

This was our second time staying at Bow View Lodge, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the warm, friendly welcome at check-in to the peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay, everything was just as perfect as we remembered. The location is unbeatable, right by the Bow River with incredible views of the mountains. It’s so relaxing to wake up and take in the scenery from the room or the outdoor patio. The lodge has a great mix of comfort and charm, and the staff are always eager to make sure everything is just right.
