Just left today heading back to Toronto, our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Staff was soooo friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and tidy so I can’t say anything bad. Location was perfect! Would definitely stay here again. It would be great if the hotel could offer coupons for our next stay as I’d love to come back in the summer but from what I’ve heard, summer months are $$$ Anyway, great stay. very nice hotel
This hotel is very comfortable and right on a pedestrian street, so if you come back from skiing and want to go shopping, this hotel is in a great location. Oh, I forgot to mention that underground parking spaces are limited and the hotel will provide you with the option to book a parking space.

Perfect location! Clean & comfortable
I had some personal business to attend to in Banff. We elected to spend the night in instead of driving in the wee morning hours from Calgary. Brewsters was clean, comfortable and accommodating to us. The smores, cookies and cold water in the lobby was a nice touch. We arranged a late morning check out that coincided exactly with the wrap up of my business.

I liked the location and the staff was so kind. Didn't like the room was old and need to be renewed, the bed sheets seemed not having been changed from the last guest, the property is noisy if a person walk at the stairs up, then you can ear it. Would not go back for sure!

Booked a king room off Expedia, which stated deep soaker tubs with a picture of only one tub on the listing, which is amazing when we arrived because the most basic shower possible with no soaker tub so underwhelming with NEVER here when there’s so many other, beautiful spots In Banff available ! Such a let down , And when I told staff, they told me there is nothing they could do didn’t even give me the option to upgrade my room won’t be back:(

The stay itself was nice. Room was clean and its a place to sleep. Staff were friendly and they give you earplugs! Parking garage was quite tight BUT it was heated so worth the extra $18. Based on photos, the lodge appeared to be its own building. We were under the impression it was alittle more spacious. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected but still slightly disappointing for the hot options that were offered. The omelette lacked. It was plain indeed, wish they had some filler options to add taste. Overall, it was what we needed. A place to sleep (Beds are SUPER comfy btw).
