Room accodamations were excellent, spacious, clean, good ammenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On site rrstaurant was excellent for breakfast, dinner, and dessert. Would highly recommend if going to Banff.

Good enough

Hotel staff really friendly, save at the restaurant where they were slow and a little rude. Buffalo suite is a little on the small side for a family of four but nice enough, though in need of a spruce up and some maintenance.

I was appalled at the condition of this hotel room. It reeked of second hand smoke enough to give us a headache, the shower curtain was disgustingly smelly, the bathub and tiles were stained, and there was dust on surfaces. All in all a very tired unit. Also the front desk staff was surly and unhelpful. We were tired after a long drive and these problems did not become obvious until we had settled in for the night so we did not have sufficient time to complain (besides, this is exhausting to have to do and given the quality of the staff, I was not confident it would be rectified). I stayed at many great hotels during my vacation and this was by far the worst - and all for $400! The most frustrating part is that I read the Google reviews beforehand and they were generally positive. Go figure. What a disappointment. Glad we were only stuck here one night!

Fab hotel - just a little too far out of Banff

Lovely stay. Hotel is not in Banff CBD. Too far to walk into town - and especially back (up a steep hill). There are $2 public bus services. Room product great. Love the open fire. Bathrooms huge. Lovely woodland views. Front desk staff fab.

It was a relaxing stay (considering the location and views), but the bathroom must be more cleaned after each guests’ stay. Saw gunks and stains, which made it uncomfortable to use the washroom. It might sound picky, but cleanliness must be more checked…

Great Location but Not Quiet

The location of this hotel is great - away from the busy downtown and just a mile walk or take the bus (bus stop right outside the hotel). Also nice hikes nearby. The downside is it’s not quiet - there are other hotels/people off the main road all hours of the night and I could hear the family below me all the time. Had to wear my earplugs to sleep.

Easy stay in downtown Banff

Great location with easy walking to tons of restaurants and shops. Room was large and comfortable. Underground parking available for a reasonable fee.

People @ the front desk are nice in front of us (3 ) but when we left all the good stuff that we requested over the phone before we left USA, ( Microwave, robes etc.) and when we check in on the day of our arrival was forgotten. Seems like they got hit with Tornado over their head and lost their mind and memories. The woke up after 2 days when i called them about those stuff. BAD !!! treatment of customers. We travelled around the world, the 1st time I encountered this kind of service. I hope this message will help the entire management to make a change/s. We don't look rich personally but we can afford to lived in America and travelled at the same time, if that was the reason why ? all their promises that we are entitled anaway has forgotten for 2 days after we got their. I don't like to make a negative reviews but this is another way to help you guys to have more costumers. Thank you. have a great day Belen

Food, vegetarian options, service at restaurant substandard. Breakfast potatoes tasted frozen, hard as rocks. Pasta was brittle, brown, crunchy and swimming in an inch of butter.
