We had an amazing view of the mountains and sunrise. We enjoyed the hot tub to relax after a long day. Room service is great. Some minor fixing like water from the shower is over flowing from the stall, making the bathroom wet. Sink not draining properly. Over all, we had a great time.

BOOK THIS PLACES!! This is a cutest little get away for couples. Very quiet, beautiful with AMAZING staff. Their lobby is beautiful for drinks, dinner or just to have a quiet cozy time.

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. It was lovely to have access to the fireplace to make s'mores - it really adds to the ambiance of the suite. Having a kitchen helped us save hundreds of dollars on dining out. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Such a perfect place for us! Our suite had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the kitchenette so we could eat our breakfasts early before starting our day. We loved getting exercise walking into town. Our dips in the hot tub most evenings were a great day to unwind. Wonderful staff!

The buffalo suite comes with fireplace n lots of wood. The utensils provided including plates and cookwares on convectional stove is good. Surrounding , inside n outside is excellent. Service like towels, making of beds n replenishment of toilet essentials is good. Staff is attentive to needs of customers. The Prow offers good food n happy hour. Overall, one of the best stay. Property is beautiful

We love Buffalo Mountain Lodge but the biggest perk is the charm of the vaulted ceiling premier rooms. Upon arrival, we were told we got a "free upgrade" to a premium plus room. This ended up being on the ground level and did not have any of the charm or appeal of the room we booked. I called to ask to switch back since this did not match our booking and they were unable to meet our request. Very disappointing.

Our stay at Buffalo Mountain Lodge was beyond excellent. The view was great, the service was better, and the room we stayed at was just the best. We stayed in the 2-Queen Premiere and it had easy access to nature just by the back door. It was clean and everything was easy to use. We ran some problems with the billing at check out because of the bank but the staff was very understanding, friendly, and accommodating to our needs and necessities. Completely professional and respectful throughout the whole ordeal. If I have a recommendation tho, it would be that I would appreciate better allocation of parking spots for guests. However, it was understandable because we stayed at a high demand time over a long weekend. Overall, I would certainly stay here again and bring my friends and family over.

The staff were so nice. Some issues were beyond the staff's control, so in spite of that- the manager stepped in and she was beautiful energy- Incredibly helpful. This is a special place with memories for my mom and I. We are grateful for this gorgeous home away from home.

The front staff that checked us in was rude and very unwelcoming. I don’t leave reviews ever but when you deal with a little racist you must make people aware. The smirk on her face too needs to be checked. Otherwise, the space was immaculate
