Good place with hot tub

Pro: Good place to stay for skiing; the ski shuttles stop here first before making rounds to other stops, so always plenty of seats to choose from. We loved visiting the outdoor hot tub and sauna after skiing, as well as enjoying the s'mores by the fire pit in the afternoon. Hotel is ~15 min walk from town; not the worst when weather is nice, but a bit brutal when it's snowing heavily. No roam pass offered either. Since we have a car, this isn't a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind of. Free breakfast fuels the skiing well. Cons: Hot tubs jets are weak. Continental breakfast is the same everyday: sausage, scrambled egg, potatoes, pancakes, and could use some variation.

Over all my stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cute and clean. We had chosen this hotel for its cold plunge. However it wasnt very cold. Overall i would recommend this cute hotel if your visiting banff

Clean, spacious room. Trendy outdoor hot tub area - very beautiful and relaxing but quickly busy during peak hours. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and a good amount of seating. Enjoyed playing free board games in the lobby with the family. Longish walk to downtown Banff but still walkable, transit is nearby if the walk feels too long. Underground parking was available for $19 and there was free parking in the back but limited and would be hard to find a free spot during busier summer months. Staff was a little nonchalant but were answered my questions when approached and were able to help with an earlier check in which was appreciated! Great hotel overall.

I like the friendly staff, we ask for a crib and gave us the crib right away for our baby. Room service everyday , I just notice when we're sleeping the room temperature goes up wakes us up sweating but I adjusted the thermostat and it works for the whole day.
