Our room was really nice. Temperature control was perfect. We had great views of the mountains out the front & back windows. It was just lovely. Parking was outside & $15 a day. This may be a standard Banff cash grab. The room was really inexpensive for Banff, & Banff is awesome. It's a nice place to explore.

Surprisingly nice. I’m cheap, and booked the “cheap” hotel so I wasn’t expecting much. I was upgraded to a jr. suite and it was fantastic. But I got the feeling that all of the rooms were this nice as well, just smaller. I wish I was here for more than just one night. I will be back.

Had a great stay, for some reason the mattress was placed sideways on the bedframe with the bed made so it was a little concerning for the first night before i rotated it myself. Nothing like sleeping with your feet off the edge of the bed. Its recommended that you park earlier into the night and walk into town as paying for parking doesn't garentee you a parking spot. The loft was a great room to stay in all things considered. Just hope you aren't taking a nap if they happen to be testing the fire alarms as it sure startles you in ykur sleep mid day.

The rooms were amazing. They clearly just redid them all and they are very, very nice and big. It’s basically like a motel style hotel and the hotel itself is very very dated, but it’s got a great location and again the rooms were pristine.

It was an average experience cause we faced an issue with the room we lived in. The washroom door was broken, since we were all women we managed our stay. Otherwise, rest everything was good.

This hotel was very clean, the staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was convenient. There were nearby restaurants and shopping malls. Local transportation was very close and easy to access. The room was clean and spacious.

I liked that it's away from the busy tourist areas, because it was quiet, yet it's not that far away from the stores, restaurants, etc (there are some restaurants around the hotel as well.) My only complaint really, is there is a $15 parking cost and that wasn't stated in the ad so it was a surprise. I loved the comfy bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud. I am tall and I loved the big bath tub that I could stretch out in, almost laying out completely. It's not far from the grocery store as well. Staff were pleasant, even when I locked myself out of the room!
