Retro feels , very cottage like But had all the amenities. We stayed only for a night so we dint use everything. But they had provided utensils , the oven was ready for use , very clean and there was even dishwasher and soap. Really good if you don't mind slightly period interiors

It was a great! Only complaint is the sauna and steam room are not working and it doesn’t sound like they will be fixed ever so maybe take them off your website was looking forward to a sauna

I liked the bus stop being right across the street and the free bus passes. I wish I would have brought a bathing suit because the water slide looked very fun. I would recommend getting a room as far as possible away from the office because people were pretty constantly walking past our window and porch, which kept it from feeling very private. The cleaning people were very nice, but not exactly through. The appliances were on their last leg. It would be very nice to have had a laundry mat on site. Hauling dirty clothes all the way into downtown Banff on the bus was time consuming.

Our room was clean, but entire hotel is very tired. However, I saw that the hotel was going to start renovations the next week, so they will be updating. Staff was very friendly and helpful. An added bonus, they gave us 3 day transit pass to take the bus to downtown where parking is very limited and expensive. The bus stop was just across the street so it was very convenient.

The room is functional but everything is broken. Almost all of the combiners / TV stand / vanity had broken doors / drawers / loose hinges. Very old and it just felt dirty overall

Building is a bit dated, but overall it was a good place to stay. The pool with water slides and hot tub was the highlight, however it was too bad they weren’t open longer than 9PM.

Our room was much more than we expected. It was very large and included a fully functional kitchenette. The hotel location was a short way outside Banff, but this was easily walkable or a free bus service was available. There was nothing to dislike.
