amazing stay! They upgraded me to a loft on check-in which was hugely appreciated, and the view from the balcony was incredible! No chance I won’t be coming back soon!

It’s good, just getting warm down with age.

We liked the accommodation. Found that the price was a little much for the wear and tear we saw in the suite. And behind on the lower level there was ALOT of noise above us. Thankfully we were awake. If anyone would have been trying to sleep in a little it would not have been ok.

The location was great and the property was excellent, we got the room with 3 beds and sofa bed, it has kitchen and we used the bbq grill, we did try the wood fire place and did smores, we used the free bus too, we didn’t have time to use the outside pool, we will be back for sure.

This place is more like a motel than a resort. It’s typically a good deal in terms of price, but the rooms are dated, smell bad and the staff can’t do anything about it. It’s dank, musty and since there’s nothing the staff can do they try to deflect by saying they’re trying to call the room when you’re standing at the front desk.

My son loved the outdoor pool and tub. Our room got very hot during the evening, and I am assuming it was because someone was having a fire in the room beside us. The room smelled bad and the carpets were very dirty, I am assuming because of the wood burning fireplace. Outdoor parking was limited and the spots were very small. With a young child I wanted to park outside our room. We couldn’t walk in between the cars when we had people parked on either side of us.

No one answering front desk, lack Of communication as per when asked to fix the blinds, was offered to put a blanket over it but didn’t work. Worker left without letting us know that her shift ended and never called is back to wait ir something. It was 12:00 AM AND we were so tired! We had to call the front staff again to see if someone is coming. We couldn’t sleep as the windows were by the parking and they can see us from Outside. We weren’t greeted nicely..

Nice mountain getaway

The beautiful view from the hot tub is the selling point of this hotel for me. Easy to walk to shops & restaurants or bus is right there too & the resort will give you a free bus pass. The rooms are clean & comfortable, but starting to show its age. Wood burning fireplace is nice.
