Walked in and smoke smell hit your face the faied to say there was a dirty wood birning stove in the place. Carpets where chard black extremely loud place tvs where out of date and small.

Love this property, have been here many times, always a enjoyable experience. Love the location, hot tubs. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. Customer service is great, got a free room upgrade and free bottle of wine. Roam passes included, makes for a good time. would revisit soon.

Second time staying at Hidden Ridge resort in Banff and I would definitely go again. The staff were super friendly and allowed us a later check out. The room was clean and the crew checked in the next day if we needed anything restocked. The bus stop is right outside the resort and the bus takes you right into downtown.

This is my second time staying here. I went with my sisters and nieces for a girls getaway and our little dog. They had a clean little doggy bed waiting for us and clean dog dishes. We also got a free bottle of delicious wine. My fav thing about this place is the hot and cool tubs. It's really beautiful, peaceful, and great for families, or romantic get aways. There's also a bus that will take you into town. It's a gem 💎 of Banff. ♥️
