Such a lovely resort! Me and my boyfriend loved our stay, the staff was very informative and helpful when needed. Rooms do need a little upgrade but tbh i kinda liked the cabin feel to it, it was clean and equipped with alot of cooking essentials aswell. Loved the outdoor hottubs and the room fireplace is such a nice touch. Overall would come back again!

We loved how secluded the location was in the mountains but at the same time only a 5 minute drive to the main streets of banff. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swim spa and the views. The front desk was very helpful and kind as well. Definitely will visit again!

The staff was extremely friendly. We had no negative interactions whatsoever at any time on the property. Our room was clean and reasonably priced and we enjoyed our stay. The fact that they don't charge for firewood is another great feature as most places wo.uld try to make a profit off that. They even offer free bus passes so you don't have to drive around all over and you can go down and have drinks and get back safely

Property is out of way. Many repairs needed. Hot tub not too hot, many children at all hours playing in hot tub. Too pricey for what it is. Wouldn’t rebook. Better to stay closer to town centre.
