Had a great stay. However it was very noisy on the first floor when people came in at night. The hot tub area and sauna were not working when we were there as well. However the staff was very helpful and was a very easy check in!

Irwin’s was in a great location in Banff not too far from the busy downtown area- however the property itself could do with a little TLC and some modernisation. The car park was very small and tight and difficult to manoeuvre around. The bedroom only had one available plug socket which for friends sharing was a tight squeeze.
