Property was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hot tub was good too. However didnt get free upgrade as Expedia vip member and elevator rarely came on time.

Great location right on the Main Street. Easy & free parking. Bus stop is right by the hotel. Great amenities and newly renoed. We had breakfast in Good folks, food is great. only thing is the bedsheet could be a bit more clean, there’s hairs and lint on them. Hair is also found in the bathroom.

This was the perfect place to stay. It was walking distance to downtown and to all the shops and restaurants. Which is great because it is hard to find parking around Banff. The hotel was wonderful each room had a balcony. The hot tubs had the best view of the mountains. The rooms were great. I highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel on the edge of downtown with spectacular views of the mountains from their rooftop hot pool area. We absolutely loved sitting by the fire bowls in the evening and soaking in the hot tub while taking in the Mountain View.

For a newer property, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom could use shelves and hooks. Almost no room to place our essentials in there. Spigot at the faucet is too close to the rear of the sink. Lots of money for a room lacking bathroom essentials. Staff helpful and restaurant very good.

Fabulous Stay at Otter Hotel

The staff were amazing, kind and very helpful in assisting us with room needs and in coordinating touring details. The hotel restaurant is one of a kind in delectable creative selections. We enjoyed the variety of flavors and presentations. Waiters were helpful with recommendations.

We were disappointed in a lot of things, but the following really bothered us. I spoke to a cleaning staff about blood stains (not mine) on the comforter. I asked them to change it and left a tip for them. They took the tip and left the blood stained comforter. I have to say the food in the restaurant was really good though.
