Got the 2 bedroom suite. Gave the kids the master room with the king bed. The double bed in the other room was terrible, not the size but the comfort. Outside the place looks old. But inside the rooms were nice and modern. Check in was quick and check out was quick

So this is not a review of the Red Carpet Inn because we complained about the room there and was moved to a nice room in Irwins Mountain Inn. The Red Carpet Room was small and smelly. It had no closet space and two hooks for hangers!

My room was very out dated, stains on the carpets and the mattress wasn’t even fitted for the bed frame properly, it hung over about 6 inches. For the price is cost, definitely not worth it.

The building is a maze and could use a refresh, but our room was very nice and modern with a balconey mountain view. For just a place to sleep it fit the bill. It didn't seem to offer much more, but I can't be sure. Parking was underground and thank goodness we were driving a small vehicle. Many restaurants in the area. The traveller just has to remember Banff in the summer is super expensive for what you get. Be prepared for sticker shock, but then look at the beautiful mountains and protected national park and smile.

There was no closet in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The vanity was located in the main room instead of the bathroom, which felt unusual and lacked privacy. Check-in had to be completed in a different building. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Considering these issues, the price for one night felt unreasonably high for the quality of the accommodation.

Everything is good except that the room lacks places for hanging clothes. Only 2 hangars for 4 people to hang clothes. Sofa a bit mouldy.
