Our stay at the Elk & Avenue was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Our room was spacious. Only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the parking. Their underground is quite short so unable to fit larger vehicles so had to park several blocks away for free parking. Rates on the street for parking close by were not reasonable for full day parking for multiple days.

We have to park in oversize and parking is limited and had to pay 10 to park across the street out of the way which is garbage. Also for the cost dont ask me if i want to cleam my room just clean it. Its a vacation getaway this is one of the luxuries of it.

Perfect Location to Banff Shops and Restaurants

Perfect Location in Banff as it is near the shops and restaurants so you can step out the door and enjoy Banff even if the weather is cold. Underground parking so your vehicle is safe and warm. The rooms are spacious but the bed seemed worn. The decor was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
