Was a great option to stay, the coffee shop attached is phenomenal, for booking a stay for 5 people and only having 2 towels, 2 tea bags and 2 coffee pods was a bit strange.

We stayed here for 2 nights this past spring. The location of the hotel is excellent. You are right on the edge of downtown Banff. The staff upgraded my 2 double room to a loft and the extra room was much appreciated. Lots of dining options around the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—close to fantastic dining options, with the gondola and city shuttle buses stopping right at the front door. The onsite parking was very convenient, especially after long days out exploring. Inside, the décor is modern and contemporary, creating a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere. I stayed in a loft room which was spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable. Overall, a perfect combination of location, style, and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great place to stay at Banff

The Farm & Fire restaurant on the first floor was excellent. The service at Front Desk was also very good. We called to see if we could check in early as we got there earlier and they did allow us to do that. Thank you!
