The parking is terrible they said its first come first serve so if you come late its a hard to find a parking spot around the area. I talked to the front desk and they said they can’t do anything about it.

Heck in was easy, but parking garage was overfill, impossible to park in, no near parking, room was very cramped , pool is cool, room was clean, but rather then put hold on credit card, they put purchase, for deposit, and still have not reversed it, even tho front desk person said he was doing right as I passed in my key, (don’t lie) I’ve stayed at other places in Banff, and unless you really need a fake cave pool, I’d probably stay elsewhere.

The property itself looks nice, the hot tub is a unique experience. The only part that made our stay not the greatest was that the walls seem paper thin. Lots of banging, hearing steps above you, etc. It didn’t feel very private in the room.

Hotel is in a nice location. I wasn’t told about the underground parking at check-in and was told to park on the street. The room was comfortable but you could hear everything from the people next door as there was just a door separating the rooms. I did not receive the VIP room upgrade and was told if I wanted an upgrade to a room two levels up, I would have to pay extra. The service was very fast which was great and the hot tub was very nice. Overall a good stay.
