Rooms were very spacious with fantastic beds. Parking was free and heated underground. Also on the parking level is the grotto hot tub pools which are very cool. Only downside is in our queen room we did not have a mini-fridge

This has been our 5th time at this hotel and first time I've had any complaints. Our king bed in the loft was either old or damaged, it was nothing like the beds we've slept in before on this property. It was uncomfortable and definitely impacted our

Great located Banff hotel. Walking distance to downtown and in hotel restaurant. Beds are uncomfortable though but they are fine for a day or two. Pillows are great and the shower has good pressure.
