It was the most relaxed stay we’ve had we spent so much time in the cave pool I loved it. Only downside was our shower was plugged so we showered in a few inches of water and there isn’t a fridge or microwave. It overall was the best stay I’ve had with my partner. I loved it.

Terrible Stay. We have booked with Expedia many times this is by far the worst experience. Hotel room was dirty staff ignored when I mentioned it and just said oh I’ll upgrade you for additional money instead of addressing the issue. The room they upgraded us too was still dirty and additionally the toilet was broken. I complained and they refused to fix the toilet. WORST Experience ever I won’t be coming back. Hot pools were nice though

We had a great stay, and the staff were extremely friendly. The king suite was a really good size. Enjoyed the hot tub very much and appreciated the extended checkout with the gold VIP from Expedia.

Lofted suite was nice, but in need of repairs. Main room thermostat was malfunctioning, TV remote was broken, cleaning staff did not clean floors daily, and failed to replenish the coffee and condiment supplies after the first day. The hot tub feature in the hotel is amazing, but was quickly disappointed by the mediocre temperature of the water. Nice facility, but not worth the 400 per night charged.

Room was clean and neat. The only issue was the thin walls, your neighbors walking thru their rooms was loud. The chilis onsite was fantastic. The employees at the hotel and chilis were all helpful and friendly. The gym was tiny and equipment was old and about to fall apart. If you're ok with just doing weights, you'll get by ok. No treadmill.
