It was a majestic experience . Rimrock - excellent in all aspect from food to staff and facilities . It’s just 3 minutes walking distance to Banff gondola ride and 3 minutes walking distance to hot spring .. also if you wanna go to downtown Banff it’s free ride shuttle bus just ask the front desk … surely we will be back ..😀

Rimrock is a quiet resort with beautiful views from the rooms. It’s just a 5mts walk from there to North the Banff gondola as well as hot springs. Friendly staff and very convenient basement parking available.

Rimrock is iconic but the inventory is getting extremely aged and noise transmission of mechanical and plumbing was not great. Our king bed in the one bedroom suite was past life and was heavily sunken in the middle. Still love the place and will likely return but it truly needs updating inside and out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rimrock. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, and the breakfast at the Primose was delicious. The view was to die for, and the atmosphere of the hotel was perfect. We went on a day trip to lake louise/moraine lake booked through the concierge which was a wonderful experience. Our only qualm was that the room we stayed in, albeit beautiful views, was a bit lacklustre and conparable to a much cheaper hotel room which was a little disappointing. Other than that, it was a 5 star experience.
