When we checked in the property seemed okay, dated and bit dusty, but overall immediate impression was that it would do. However after being there for a couple of hours and getting settled in we noticed that all the vents were covered in "black" gunk and dust and every light switch and outlet in the suite were disgustingly dirt. It was getting cold and the heat kicked in and the crap in the vents was everywhere, I ended up with a night of coughing and woke up with a swollen eye the next morning.
I showed the staff the condition of the vents and the next day they had the maintenance staff come in and remove and clean all three vents in the room, as well as wiped down all the outlets/light switches which looked they had not been touched in months.
Upon talking to staff at the front desk a couple of days later they were very apologetic about the cleanliness of the suite and mentioned that they were now going around looking at all of the rooms for these types of issues to get them corrected before they got another complaint.
Would we stay there again? Possibly, I did find everything else to be absolutely fine once the immediate issues were resolved, my husband might need a bit more convincing.
