Great location, comfortable and thoughtfully-designed rooms, and extremely helpful staff. The communal areas are vibey and places you’d want to pass an hour or a whole afternoon with a book or your laptop. I’ll definitely stay again!

Hotel Review: ASAI Bangkok Chinatown I recently stayed at ASAI Hotel Bangkok and had a mostly positive experience with a few minor drawbacks. Customer Service I only interacted with the staff during check-in and breakfast. There were no issues—efficient and straightforward service. I didn’t not like the fact asking you to sign a checkin form and authorising to disclose your information for marketing etc… by ticking the boxes. That would be a major problem If someone doesn’t know English. Room & Comfort I stayed on Level 7, facing other internal rooms, which made the room quiet and dark—good for sleep but lacking natural light. The bed was standard with average bedding, nothing exceptional. No toiletries were provided, which was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom was a highlight—brand new, spacious, and comfortable. However, the toilet was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. The workstation was a good size, making it easy to get some work done. Air conditioning worked well, but the controls were faulty at times. WiFi & Amenities The WiFi was average in speed but reliable, which was sufficient for basic use. Location The hotel is located next to Chinatown, close to a small shopping mall and a train station. It’s not a luxurious or high-end area, but it’s convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast The breakfast was good enough—nothing extravagant, but it did the job. Final Thoughts Overall, ASAI Hotel Bangkok offers a quiet, comfortable stay

This was our most favorite hotel we stayed in in the end. It's main floor lobby and restaurant is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are really nice and the bed, despite being a typical firm mattress of Asia, it did have some softness in the topper. The soaps smelt and felt really nice, adding to the higher end shower. The room had adequate charging/plug options. Definitely felt like a hotel built for the more modern traveler.

Absolutely fantastic. I wish I booked again for my second leg of my journey in Thailand. Great location, and easy to navigate. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Great shower which is always a plus. Close to a 7-11 and MRT line. Staff are friendly and attentive. Thank you!

I would recommend this hotel, modern, located in the middle of Chinatown. Location is very convenient, next to a small mall with everything you may need. Just a block or so from the subway station and easy walk to the night markets. The area is bustling with people, vendors, markets and cars but the hotel is quiet.
