The property is looking run down from the many previous years I’ve visited it and also there’s no buffet breakfast anymore since Covid. Other hotels around the world has started but this hotel has out sourced it’s restaurant and there’s no more buffet breakfast. Only ala carte. So for us hotel guests, it’s not conducive. Lesser hotels has now got coffee machines in the rooms but this hotel only has instant. Adelphi Suites is a nice hotel but lacking amenities as it’s cutting corners and costs as they rely on return customers. There was no hair conditioner where previously they had. There was no proper body lotion when previously they had. Their management has to look into upgrading their services. The staffs are excellent. Front office team and house keeping team are very efficient and helpful. Their management has to stop cutting corners as your hotel is looking old and need upgrading.

Excellent staff. The Skytrain is just a block away, and it is an easy walk to the Metro. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The suite was great. It has a washer/dryer, which was much appreciated.
