Our friend recommended staying here and diffenitely didn't dissappoint. The staff was friendly especially with our 2 kids (4&6 years old) and was very informative since it was our first visit in Thailand. They had a good selection of food for the buffet breakfast and room service was efficient. Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff that we came across during our stay. It was our first trip overseas to a foreign country and our kids felt at home staying at Aira Hotel.

Initially give a room on 4th floor (apparently an upgrade to a suite) with was nice) but OMG was it noisy. Ask to be move and after 20 min staff agreed to move us to the room type we originally booked ehich I might add was lovely. 12th floor a little notice but not much. Great breakfast and roof top bar. Pool not a wow but nice enough. Very near the BTS so great transport

Specify you need a window and not to be stuffy?
This is my second time at the Hotel. The first I was provided with a room that had no window. I didn't mind as much because I was there literally 6 hours. This particular time I was provided a room with no window and the door was ajar. The air wasn't regulated and the condition was stuffy. After reviewing stains within the room and explaining to the front desk guy that the room was stuffy and we informed him that we just stayed here and it wasn't this stuffy.... His colleague provided a better room on another floor with a window.
