Great hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff especially were excellent. accommodating me and helping me with some business I needed to look after. I had called on the phone requesting some help and was unable to understand so they sent me an email shortly afterwards to help me resolve the problem. above and beyond. Very nice facility with efficient hourly airport shuttles. The surrounding area has a market and many restaurant and Massage choices.

Convenient to BKK
Close to the airport was convenient for an early morning flight since they have the free shuttle to be KK. Would’ve been nice if the pool was open longer in the evening. It’s not really convenient to anything else in Bangkok but if you are coming in late or have an early morning flight, it’s a perfect spot.

I had a very pleasant stay there in Bangkok. The location is convenient, the just about 10 minutes from the airport, which made my trip stress-free. The hotel offers a very handy shuttle bus service between Airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it’s a perfect option for travelers looking for convenience, great service, and a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

As I have stated, several times, I arrived at BKK airport at 12:10 am on December 6th. I went to Amaranth to check-in and there were not any rooms available. I had to stay the night at a neighboring hotel. I had sent emails to Travelocity and Amaranth Hotel explaining my situation. I wanted to remedy the problem prior to my arrival. However, I did not receive a response from Travelocity or Amaranth Hotel, and when I arrived at Amaranth there weren't any rooms available. I tried to cancel the reservation for the following day at the front desk; but they would not do so. They stated that I had to contact Travelocity. I am still waiting to receive word from Travelocity concerning the matter. I would like a refund of the monies that I remitted

Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the communication regarding transportation to and from the airport via email, to the check in process , to the pool. Beautiful pool, and a great gym . There is a 7-11 mini market within walking distance from the hotel. Very friendly all around . I have already booked my return stay! Oh , and sign up for the breakfast, you won’t be disappointed.
