I was having breakfast and left my drinks on the table to get a second serving. When I returned, my seat was taken, and my drinks were pushed aside. Some tenants do not even queue. The staff seems to be more friendly towards Europeans than people from other countries.

I don't like to hate a group of people but this place is infested with people from India and all of them don't care about anyone around you kids will be running around at 1-3 am screaming in the hallways grown men will be talking loud slamming door I complained nothing changed I do not recommend

Where to start, oh yes all the nasty smelly indian people in hotel that are so rude and disrespectful like talking outside their room at 1am, having their kids use hallway as playground at 3am, and front office would not pick up phone or do anything. The property need heavy rework the walls inside room were falling apart, my room emergency water sprinklers had mold on it... the shower head was clugged. I did breakfast in hotel one day and the rudnesss of people just skipping lines pushing each other, like where are we homeless camp. Even thought the location of this hotel is amazing but will never recommend this place to anyone.

the rooms on the tower wing are pretty dated, and could do with modernization, my bathroom had a very poor in bath shower and the plug in the wash basic was not closeable as the plunger used to close the plug was broken, i called the reception and they did send an engineer very quickly, shower worked better, to their credit but basically bath needs ripping out and modern shower roomm fitted, however the ambassedor is a decent hotel, very well located, had a nice snack there at a cafe with delicious cakes. pool is good and gym is good, breakfasts are not recommended as the mass of tourists are indian and they dont behave very well at the buffet . i went outside for breakfast elsewhere
