Staff couldn’t be more lovely or helpful , but the property is in dire need of an update . I booked for a long layover in BKK between flights . Restaurant was good , as were the spa services , however the gym was dusty, dirty and sparse . The pictures definitely are deceptive .

The life of luxury and then some
This is an amazing property! Huge villas with multiple rooms- study, hothouse bathroom with deep bath and shower, upstairs living room and patio. The opulence throughout the property is stunning. Great restaurant that draws people from all over the world. Top-notch service. 5 minutes from BKK. Yes, you can hear planes, but you forget about it quickly in such beautiful surroundings.

Thoroughly Disappointing
Saw the hotel many times on the way to the airport and decided to give it a try since it looked so interesting. Unfortunately, great photo opportunities are its only redeeming feature. The rooms are not soundproofed as advertised. Or if they are soundproofed, it doesn't work at all. So it was almost impossible to sleep because of the incredibly loud plane traffic that seemed to go on all night (hours past midnight). The villa was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the domed ceiling looked very interesting, but if sleep is a priority, this is not the right place. The hotel is obviously aware of the problem since they provided bedside earplugs. The bathroom had a bathtub, but it was unusable because it still had standing water that would not drain due to some design defect. Tried to eliminate it but there was still standing water the next morning. The sink was also faulty. Was hoping that breakfast would compensate for a horrible night, but it was lacking as well. There were not too many offerings, especially for a hotel that is supposed to be 4 or 5 stars, and what there was, both Thai and Western, turned out to be not particularly good. It might have been our imagination, but nobody looked particularly happy at breakfast. (Note: relatively limited hours for a hotel near the airport - we were told 7-9:30am). Restaurant on site was over the top design-wise (like the hotel) with passable food that is predictably pricey - you're paying for the photo ops.

A few things about this place. Let’s start with the staff, I can not express how great the staff are, very kind, very accommodating, very professional. 10/10 The accommodations are fantastic. Pros: close to the airport, friendly staff, beautiful facility. Cons: close to the airport, planes flying over can be loud, the distance from Bangkok requires a one hour ride, you need to plan accordingly. Breakfast buffet has nice selections, the only downside is the food is usually cold. Easily remedied, the cook staff need to keep the lids closed on the food to keep it hot. It doesn’t need to be displayed. Even though it’s far from any activities from Bangkok, I would goto this resort again. It’s worth the money spent.

Disappointing Stay Despite Convenient Location I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to the airport, which was the only plus. The overall experience left much to be desired. The property appears quite outdated and in need of significant renovations. Our room had an unusual layout (floor was tilted), making it difficult (almost dangerous ) to move around comfortably and safely. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were below expectations and did not meet our needs. While the location is convenient for travelers, I would recommend looking into other accommodations to ensure a more pleasant and comfortable stay.

All staff were friendly, helpful and smiling at all times. Foods were great. The pools were amazing. The room was huge and clean. However, only one little issue for us was that the room did not have many electric dockets to charge our device.

A little oasis, really lovely next to Suvarnabhumi
Lovely place to stay if overnighting near Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport, fabulous massages, very clean /a little oasis! Beautiful surroundings definitely recommend the Superior villa. I personally love the sound of aeroplanes going overhead and they are very loud / if you don’t like that it’s not for you. I can’t wait to go back there!
