This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived ,friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Despite the hotel being busy, there was always a sun lounger available when you wanted some downtime. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, and I had a great night’s sleep. The gym was unbelievable, with high quality equipment that really stood out. I can’t wait to stay again the next time I’m in Bangkok.

First thing to note is the reception is not on the ground floor, but one above. I did have a challenge at check in where the double bed i requested wasn't available immediately. I was asked to wait 30 mins for staff to clean a room for me to get the double, so decided to wait at Mocha and Muffins (good food and coffee). However, when I came back it turned out it still wasn't a double, and they'd just arranged the twin beds "Hollywood style". I didn't argue it further, so apart from that, the room i had was clean but a little dated. I did notice the sound from the club in the neighbouring hotel in the evenings, which I'd heard mentioned by other reviewers. It went on until 2am but for me it wasn't particularly loud when in the room, so not that big a deal but maybe something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. Across from the lobby you can access the Riverside Plaza via a walkway, which is very convenient and gives you access to shops and, helpfully for me, a currency exchange stand. The resort staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was really good with a lot of variety and I particularly enjoyed the Eggs Benedict. You may have to queue at busy times though. The location of the resort is the other side of the river from where most attractions and sights are. However, there are free shuttle boats to Sathorn Pier or Iconsiam, which is helpful, and they run every 20-30 mins until about 8pm each way.

Nice place, well maintained . Extremely helpful staff. If there is a minor quibble to be had we felt the quality of the food did not quite match the prices charged….there is room for improvement in the calibre of the food service. All in all highly recommended. Would return again.

The staff were so kind and considerate. We travelled as 2 pairs and they were so kind to try to arrange our hotel rooms and even provide options for us to connect. When we opted out of this, they were able to get us rooms beside each other which was lovely!! The amenities are chef’s kiss. The interior is gorgeous, they kindly show you around the hotel when you check in and the pool overlooking the beautiful riverside is chef’s kiss.
