Pictures on expedia are deceiving. We had two rooms: family suite and a king bed room. Family suite's wall were peeling, caulking in bathroom was thick and not unprofessional. Even I do a better job applying caulking. King room had all brown walls. The pictures were nice white walls and looked fancy. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Good thing we booled only one night and went elsewhere. Some workers were nice and most had attitude. They communicate as if youre so dumb and don't understand a thing and talk about you in Thai thinking you dont understand. Poor overall.

Cet hôtel et quasiment irréprochable très régulier avec tout l'attention du personnel c'est un plaisir immense vous êtes superbes merci mille fois pour toute votre gentillesse et générosité c'est le meilleur hôtel du monde de Eve 10 ans ❤️❤️❤️ Ma fille a bien résumé, personnel très très attentionné du soir au matin.. Petit déjeuner très convenable, chambre propre et spacieuse, quelques traces d'usures mais rien d alarmant comme nous avons pu lire Effectivement le Sky bar est en rénovation mais ça arrive dans la vie d'un hôtel. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages au check out toute l après midi sans contre partie, ils ont été sécurisé a l'aide d'un grand cadenas 🙏 N hésitez a faire commander vos taxis a l acceuil car c'est eux qui négocie directement avec le chauffeur Merci a l équipe et peut être au plaisir de revenir chez vous

My go-to hotel in Bangkok

I almost always stay here when in Bangkok. It is very reasonably priced, and the amenities are generally good. Helpful staff. Main downside; it is not that central. And, the decor is getting a bit "tired". Good breakfast.

It’s a nice hotel and staff was nice. The only one complaint I have is the rooms need better lightening and the shower head did not work well. The rooms are a bit dark. The bar area upstairs is currently closed for remodeling.
