45 Minutes to check in because they could find the booking. They had to check with the agent who confirmed the booking before I could be checked in even though I had the necessary paperwork with reference number. When I arrived in room 498 there was not door on the safety deposit box and no Wi-Fi. After calling reception they sent the cleaner to the room to check the Wi-Fi but he could not get to connect. I called reception again and was told to wait 15minutes before trying to connect which then connected me to Wi-Fi but it was so slow websites were unable to load. I have stayed at this hotel at varying times over the last 25 years and never known it to be the bad.

Always stay in Asia Hotel when I’m in Bkk with my wife. Very convenient and BTS is connected to the hotel. I’m checking in again 3 days later after our Koh Chang trip.

Review

Reception won’t pick up phone. Had to call several times. .toilet was plugged everyday. Had to call for help 5 times initially was told we did not know how to flush :-). Location is excellent however.

Centrally and conveniently located

It is a nice stay . Hotel being centrally and conveniently located . Breakfast is very good with lots of variety. Front desk staffs are very helpful and efficient . The only weak point about the hotel is traffic congestion . After the local tour returning from flss as tung market , it took more than 45 minutes to travel the last to the hotel ( distance probably less

Lobby is nice but rooms are very dated- the rooms are functional but all need a facelift, bathroom mirrors were not clean and the bathrooms are extremely old. Room is functional. Breakfast is below par. Little choice and low quality food. It’s fine if you want a cheap hotel that is clean and basic to use as a base.
