Very busy area. A bit far from most attractions and getting transportation takes longer than expected but overall good property. Our original room had an issue but they gave us an upgrade with no hesitation.

Air conditioner made noises. TV wasn’t working properly and had to be replaced. The window even though double panes let in too much heat. Whatever detergent they were using to wash their bedsheets was irritating.

The hotel was nice in general. The common areas were very nicely remodeled but the rooms were dated and the bathrooms had some mildews. The property location is a bit out of the way and not close to public transportation. The restaurants were nice but everyone in our group complained about the napkins being starched so stiff that they were uncomfortable to use.

This hotel is not in a very central location but is very affordable. Alot of airlines use this hotel for their flight attendants. The lobby is spacious and beautifully kept but the rooms need updating. Although clean and the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom could use some TLC. The location is a bit out of the touristy area by the river. They did honor the dining discount received from booking thru Expedia as a silver member but didn't honor any upgrade. There is a free shuttle to CentralWorld shopping Mall. The restaurant and bar is nice and the food surprisingly good. The staff in the restaurant is superb.

Reviews stated the property as being dated, I've seen dated properties and this isn't one. I'd say this property is more updated than some new properties. The daily breakfast and staff were excellent. The only negative I can say is ...unlike other areas around bangkok, the property does not have a plethora of options around it as far as food, entertainment, and shopping. On the other hand it's walkable to the MRT & BTS stations that can get you to those areas. Overall I would stay there again

The staff were really accommodating they handle a large volume of guest during check in / check out. I had an issue with the air con, lights and switch board. It was fixed within the afternoon. Very friendly and helpful in general. A very well organised hotel
