Avani is a beautiful hotel - really clean and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The location is fantastic and the bed is one of the best I’ve slept on. Breakfast is great too. Would definitely recommend this hotel

At check-in they insisted that we had requested twin beds even though my hotels.com reservation clearly stated that we requested a king size. They initially said no king size beds were available at all but eventually found us a room with a king size (upgraded room type). About the room, lighting controls were confusing, with bathroom light switches by the front door. The bed was one of the best I’ve slept in with really good pillows and bed linen. Towels were not replaced by housekeeping so we had to call reception, and oddly enough we received some yellow, very thin/flimsy towels that barely did the job (unlike the fluffy towels we had originally). Service and food quality in SEEN restaurant and pool bar was haphazard at best. Prices are “5 star” but quality certainly didn’t live up to it.

I had a wonderful stay at Avani Bangkok. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the key spots in the city. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and the proximity to major attractions is unbeatable. The nightlife at the hotel added to the overall experience, making it a great place to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend Avani Bangkok for anyone visiting the city!

We stayed a week here and this is a fabulous property that hooks up with the rest of Bangkok via a regular river shuttle. The main destination is a very famous mall but there is a drop off for the sky train as well. The breakfast buffet is incredible and the roof top infinity pool is lovely for sunning and enjoying the view. There is a great rooftop nightclub and foody scene that just wasn't our thing but seemed popular. The adjoining sister hotel felt very peaceful and classy with the option to enjoy their amenities as well. Lots of dining options in the area for every budget. The spa is in a beautiful setting and worth experiencing. There is also a business just up the block for more affordable massages at ridiculous prices and it was good too but not the same ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to wind down at the end of a day and be away from bustling areas of city. If a night time river view and the charm of hopping on and off a boat is your thing then it will be perfect for you.
