Great service. Good amenities. Asked for help booking taxis and had great help. Good location in Bangkok and enjoyed the amenities including the pool and rooftop bar. Will be staying again and looking forward to it.

이번에 친구랑 2박을 여기서 머물게 되었는데 직원분들의 서비스가 최고였습니다. 모든 직원분들의 친절함이 기억에 남고 특히 chang 직원의 친절함이 돋보였습니다. 뷰가 좋고 시설이 쾌적하고 다 좋았어서 다음 여행에도 머물 것 같습니다만 지하철 역과는 다소 거리가 있으니 참고하세요.수영장이며 조식 등 인생샷 남기기에 충분했습니다.

Smelt like sewerage
the first room we were given smelt of sewerage so we went down to complain about the smell and the man at reception asked if it was cigarettes or sewerage, so he knew exactly what we were complaining about. They moved us and the second room was the same, they had just sprayed some room freshner in it to try to hide the odour. The third room smelt fine and was a smaller room. They are also doing maintenance on the pool so its not a nice spot to sit while they build around you, wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We visit annually and wont be going back there!
