Although the property is nice but it was on the pricier side. It was just an okay hotel but not on the range of 5 or 4 star hotel pricing. However, the staff are very accommodating and friendly, So 5 star on their staffing specially their interns😁

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the UN ESCAP Compound. The thing I don't like is it is far from the major shopping areas and there is little public transportation around the hotel.

Noisy place

Hotel staff really friendly. Room clean and bed comfie. However, my stay was totally ruined by both the traffic noise and the monstrous road works noise at the dead of night. For 2 consecutive nights, heavy machinery started roaring at midnight and did not stop for several hours. I had to move to another hotel and Centara refused any refunding and gave no consideration to this special damage. Hotels.com was very responsive and gave me some compensation as a nice gesture.

WE had a super clean room, nice staff members, pleasant pool and surroundings and a knockout buffet breakfast. Lots to see in the area and the ferry's not a long walk at all. Great place to stay in Bangkok.

Noisiest room ever!

This was the noisiest hotel room i have ever stayed in!!! Half the rooms in this hotel face a very busy avenue with traffic 24/7, so don't expect to get any sleep here. When i asked if i could change rooms, they said the hotel was fully booked and offered me ear plugs that didn't even come close to solving the problem. Honestly, do not stay here!!!

It's a good standard, modern property yet perched between two very busy roads so need to be mindful of traffic noise, including at the pool area. In walking distance to several interesting parts of Bangkok. Generally a pleasant stay.
