Awful place. AVOID!!

This place is awful. The pictures are totally false advertising! Rooms are dirty with a lot of damage. Paid for a free mini bar, and they'd never even heard of it. Air con was broken. Checked out of the hotel within 30 mins of checking in, at 1am because it was that bad! Genuinely, there are better hotels close by that are cheaper!

This the 2nd time I book this hotel. Cleanliness & friendly staffs are the main point. Got free shuttle tuk tuk to main road Chidlom BTS. 1st time got free room upgrade but this time round don’t have. But overall still very good experience. Will book again in the future if I visit Bangkok again.

Average and overpriced.

For the price paid, in Bangkok, I’d say below average and way way overpriced. Clean, comfortable, and lots of space, but the quality of the room itself was dated. They said free tuk tuk, but had to wait longer than what it would have taken to walk and on Sunday… no tuk tuk service, which is the day I was there lol.

Wonderful experience the hotel gave my wife a surprised for her birthday which I did not tell them. The bathtub water was the right temperature. They also provide a free tuktuk ride to nearest BTS, option to walk 5-10min.

This hotel was by far the best one I’ve been to in Bangkok. This location specifically! What made this place so special was the staff. The people were genuine and friendly and always there to serve us when we needed them. Very accommodating. I look forward to staying with them again!

Great stay.

I loved my stay here. Whenever I will be back I will surely come back to stay here. Location is convenient. Selected it at first because it was close to Lumphimi Park. Didn’t realize that its is walking distance…. (If you choose too) to central world big C. Most of my tours meeting point was in Central world. So location, services and comfort. I loved my stay here.

Liked the functional layout and lots of space. Staff and lobby were very excellent. Gym was nice. Kitchen was old, didn’t have soap so we couldn’t wash dishes. Room smelled odd.
