It is about 8-10 minutes to the BTS station, they offer compliment Tuk Tuk transfer. However, we can't have this service after check out as the Tuk Tuk has a fixed schedule to central world on some days. The free mini bar refers to credit point for redeeming drinks and snacks in vending machine. Our room has one credit point per night which may redeem one mini box of juice. The room is spacious and good for long stays with full kitchen equipments such as microwave, cooker and a family size refrigerator. The indoor swimming pool is a bit small, not perfect for swimming. If they would renovate it to a bigger one that suitable for swim, they will get an excellent rating.

I did not like that I had to climb into the bath tub for my shower as I am old (73 ). The shower should be separate or easy access into and getting out of the bath tub.

Great hotel in good location.
We enjoyed our stay at Central Point Chidlom, almost every aspect was good, breakfast was awsome, except the bathroom is very outdated in terms of the shower head, the bathtub is rather high with no handle to help going in and getting out, it is a risk and could potentially cause harm.

Great hotel with good location.
We don't have much complains except our bathroom is truly outdated, need to be renovated. The bathtub which is rather high with no handle, and could be a risk for old guys or otherwise when climbing out or going into the tub. Mgmt. should be acknowledged and fixed before accidence occur.
