Under construction, constant drilling, hammering, sawing, from as early as 8:30 to 6:30 pm. Times change frequently. There is netting in the atrium and there is tarps in the atrium. The gym is closed and in a meeting room. When at the pool to relax there is drilling and sawing, no relaxing. There is a high-rise new build under construction right next door. Drilling all day inside and out. The floor in our room was vibrating. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic hotel overall, great service and rooms. Only downside is the walk up and down the long alley. They do provide a tuk tuk shuttle every 10 minutes but more often then not it is full as it only holds 6 people. Great family hotel overall.

This is a great property and would be 5/5 if not for the construction. Elevators were slow and noise during the day. I highly recommend it despite this as the location is fantastic, right in town walkable to shopping and most importantly, the train line. Staff was excellent and we used the concierge's recommendations for a cooking class, tours and transport. All at competitive prices and set up seamlessly. Definitely stay here if you are 1st timers to Bangkok.

The hotel was great! The pool was lovely. The staff was pleasant. It was very close to the train and a strip of restaurants that we frequented daily! We also had breakfast at the hotel. The fruit platter and chicken wings were so good! Our suite was perfect for our family of 6. There was 3 bedrooms- the teens had one, my younger girls shared the other and we took the master. The terraces overlooked the city. The only things that weren’t great were the humidity in the rooms and the cabinets were dated. I also had trouble operating the washer/dryer but I was SUPER happy there was one available!

We needed accommodation for our family of five and this suited us perfectly. The apartment was a bit ‘tired’ looking, but they have begun renovations. Breakfast was amazing! Loved the pool and gym areas.

This place would have been pretty flash back in the day. We (2 adults and 3 big teenage boys) stayed in the older side in a huge 3 br apartment. It’s dated and a little worse for wear but it has character. It was clean and unrivalled when it comes to space. It is a 500m walk up to the main drag. The shuttle van only seats 6 and you need to be lucky to time it right to catch it so we mostly walked. Otherwise in a great area of Sukhumvit. Staff were great. There was a notice saying they were starting some renovations on 2Jul24 and the main pool would be closed for a while so I’d check with them if you’re booking soon. Overall a great experience. I would definitely stay again.
