We just checked out after an eight night stay. The positives, nice new suite with a nice bathroom, spacious suite, good size deck and friendly staff. Bonus is there have a tuktuk shuttle to guests from the hotel to The main road, which is nice after long walks. The negatives, we weren’t notified of hotel construction. The pool was not useable and jackhammering all day long. They were gluing something the whole time we were there and sometimes we couldn't sit on our deck because the fumes were so strong. Besides the breakfast buffets, the restaurant served some of the worst food we’ve ever had. The AC also was very loud in our suite. The elevators are very small with no AC.

Overall decent hotel conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Food in the restaurant is good. We were given a newly renovated room that had an issue with a leaking toilet but they we were moved to another room with better view on the same floor. The staff looking after our relocation were excellent. The pool is not available which is a big negative as we like to spend time in the afternoon there. We have been here for three nights so far with another six to go. A big miss is not having a real coffee maker in the room.

Overall nice spot.
Our room was very clean, the staff was kind and attentive. The downfall was the room was a little bit older than the pictures showed. The pool and gym were closed so that took away from our stay. Doesn’t seem like we should have paid full price.

Stayed four nights in a one-bedroom suite with balcony. The room itself was excellent. I opted for the daily breakfast buffet and it was fantastic. So many choices. There were only two issues: the hotel is currently renovation, so there is a lot of construction noise, mostly during the day, although on at least one occasion I heard noise into the evening until about 11pm. I then closed my bedroom door and basically heard nothing more. The only other issue was there were no luggage racks in my room on which to place your suitcases, so I had to open them on the floor, not ideal. I checked with the front desk and, after checking with housekeeping, I was told the hotel doesn't have any anymore, Other than that, I loved the hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious and conveniently located
The room was spacious and clean, with in-room safe, fridge, TV and a mini kitchen which consisted of a microwave oven, basic crockery and cuttlery, and a sink for washing-up. The hotel itself is conveniently located. It is a short 10 minute walk to the BTS and Metro stations, and shopping malls like Terminal 21.We used the overhead covered walkway which was great on rainy days. The hotel provided a Tuk-Tuk which came every 5-10 minutes. We probably came during an off peak period as there was no queue. In the evenings we preferred to walk back to the hotel which was as quick. We did not have or need a car. We relied on the local Metro and BTS services instead or hotel pickup for our tours. We used a taxi to get to and from the airport which was more convenient. We did not experience any renovation noise as reported by earlier reviews and we were able to use the pool, albeit a small one. It was great for cooling off. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. A suggestion I have for environmental sustainability and eco friendliness is to provide a recycling bin as well as a non recycling bin in each room. Or a bin for recycling plastic bottles only placed in a central area. (I am assuming Thailand has a re-cycling programme, in particular for plastic drink bottles). I would certainly recommend this hotel.
