Staff were very polite and efficient. The booked breakfast was brilliant.The room I booked was a DELUXE BALCONY LAKEVIEW. On arrival was told we had an upgrade :-( No view of lake, balcony was extremely small and looked out onto dwellings not a lovely lake view. Bedroom was a lot smaller a squeeze to navigate end of bed certainly inferior to one booked. Shower drain was blocked and bathroom extractor fan did not work. Balcony was very small and had plastic furniture on balcony, not padded chairs and plenty of room and a lake view as the room I had booked. I used EXPEDIA to book the room but time allowed to leave feedback for them has expired, have only been back less than a day !!!!! Shame we ended up with a down grade. Spoilt a 42nd aniversary.

The place is quite a walking distance from main street (about 5min), but hotel has provided transport service (every 10min). Location is rather central and convenient to places like terminal 21 and Korean street

Perfect stay in Bangkok

Room was as described and perfect space for the three of us. The cot bed had a comfy mattress in it which meant for a good night sleep for my daughter (and us). Facilities are lovely and great buffet breakfast with wide variety. Great location too, would recommend.

A friend recommended this hotel last year and I booked a few nights. I had a very good experience that when I returned this year to Thailand I booked centre point again for my stay in Bangkok. The breakfast is excellent and the staff and facilities are very good. It is a short walk from Asok and the hotel runs a tuk tuk service to save you walking down the street. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to be in a great location and far enough away to the main road. Excellent choice for families and as a solo traveller still close enough to walk to the hot spots.

Provided free transportation to and from the Main Street. The facility is very clean, the staff was very accommodating and breakfast was outstanding. One of the pools was under renovation and the elevators need some work. Overall it was a very nice and enjoyable stay. Is a five minute walk to Terminal 21, many restaurants and other services.

The staffs are professional, friendly, and respectful. We can access help with front desk immediately and they are very helpful. Breakfast area is very clean and well maintaining. Lobby area is nice and well organize with couple of waiting sections. Breakfast served with variety types of Thai, Japanese, Indian, American, and continental.Outside property is well maintenance, unlike the accommodations. We reserved 3 bedrooms during our stays. We experienced leak air-condition unit in second bedroom and dirty ac filter in master bedroom. Washer broken down and can not be use full function. Our clothes stuck in the washer for hours. I still believe this facility deserved 5 stars for their accommodations and services for the customers.

Overall good, but some improvement needed

(1) Overall, the hotel staff were polite and courteous, except for one male counter staff who often had an unfriendly demeanor. (2) The hotel location isn't very convenient. After a long day out, when we were too tired to walk through the long alley back to the hotel, we had to wait for the shuttle tuk-tuk. However, on several occasions, it took around ten minutes for the vehicle to arrive. (3) In my room, there were multiple power outages over a few days. What’s the deal with that?
