There was nothing to not like the staff were amazing everyone from the minute you walk in to the time you check out. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The pool on the roof is amazing especially at night. Wish it stayed open longer because it closes at 11pm but you are able to enjoy the beautiful clean water and relax. The food that they serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner is all so good and full of flavor. We will definitely return and recommend over and ovee again

I enjoyed my stay, very friendly and helpful staff that helped me to move to a different more quiet room when my next door neighbours decided to be a nuisance. The rooms are clean and very spacious and there is a 7/11 just a minute walk away for your necessities.

The area was quiet - I guess it may be out of season. The hotel staff went out of their way to may us welcome and helped with booking tours etc. I can highly recommend the hotel in terms of location, quality, and attentiveness of staff.

We had a lovely three night stay at Chillax Resort. Staff were welcoming and friendly, carrying our bags inside upon arrival and providing a welcome drink and cold towel. The room was large and spacious (we were in a premier room with jetted tub). The room was clean upon arrival but had not been cleaned deeply - there was a bottle cap on the floor from previous occupants, dust in corners etc. Housekeeping make the bed and provide fresh towels daily. Expedia states the hotel has a laundry service but this is not the case - there are plenty of places nearby that to laundry however we went to โ€˜Aims Washโ€™ which was fab! The breakfast was very average, we tried it once and then chose to go elsewhere on subsequent mornings. We had food by the pool two days in a row which was much tastier! We used the gym and pool during our stay - both of which were fine but could do with modernising and refurb. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and halls - smelt like drains, we were rarely in these areas so it did not cause a huge issue. We were able to book a hotel transfer for our departure at the hotel - the man arranging this was really lovely! You can use the Grab app for taxis but we had multiple occasions when the driver could not find the entrance to the hotel to collect us and so cancelled. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, despite the hotel feeling somewhat dated and in need of a a refresh, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Had another great start at the Chillax ๐Ÿ˜Ž this is in an ideal location for a tourist. Near to Khao San Road but still quiet and not near the craziness!! Perfect location for other tourist attractions. Lovely roof top pool and breakfast. Staff are great and friendly. Would recommend ๐Ÿ‘

Hot tub in the room with just a curtain around the whole bathroom is not my cup of tea. The whole feel of the place is slightly seedy. A โ€œBalconyโ€ thatโ€™s not a balcony, itโ€™s a large window with a sign saying donโ€™t go out, but also with an ashtray out there! Very odd lol Not the greatest area but close enough to most attractions or transport to them. The staff I didnโ€™t find were that friendly. Most of them seemed uninterested in dealing with people or solving any issues. Wouldnโ€™t stay there again but not the worst Iโ€™ve stayed in either.
