We had an amazing time at the Divalux Resort. The staff were friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a great view. Breakfast was delicious and quite filling. I also appreciated that we could easily schedule a massage on our last day in Bangkok.

We had a great time in this olace. Just what we needed. Quiet place. Nice pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a late massage and they were available until past 11pm. Nice place to relax.

The hotel is much farther from the airport than we understood; it took 45 minutes to travel from the airport (albeit 20 minutes the following morning). Check-in was smooth. Our room had a distinct, bad odor. Further, the shower was not in working condition. The nozzle was broken and the drain did not function, leading to the bathroom floor being flooded and our shower unusable, which was a huge disappointment after a long day of travel. When I mentioned this upon check-out, I was told they would "mention it to Maintenance."

Whenever I visit Bangkok, I stay at Hotel Divalux. Reasonably prices, in a quiet place, and the staff are excellent. Vila, at the reception was exceptional and helpful! I highly recommend this place

This property was excellent as a short stopover after a week in Hanoi. The quiet and convenience of the property was excellent. My only complaint was the towels are getting tired. And i am also not sure of long term transportation options into Bangkok. BUT, the airport shuttle was above excellent. For a falong ( foreigner) at BKK, it beats the taxies!!

Stay was excellent. Only complaint is the shuttle driver was watching and reacting to video reels while driving the shuttle! Loved having the shuttle schedule tho. Had a hard time getting service in the restaurant even thought there were only 2 tables…. Needed to get up and find a waiter twice. Food excellent, wonderful pool. Great stay

The rooms are very clean and efficient layout. The resort is much bigger then expected. My negative review was room service at 9pm-ish took over 1 hour and had our order wrong. I know they are busy but no communication when it passed 1 hour wait. Had to call down. Other issue was we had an airport 730pm drive. We called at 7pm to be efficent to get our luggage down. We called at 7;15pm and they forgot us. My sister and I decided at 7:22pm to drag our luggage ourselves. When we were suppose to in lobby at 7:20pm to check out. We were late and left 7;35pm and had other people waiting. Hotel is fine but give yourself more time for anything with their service.

I booked the property becuase needed a room close to airport for a 10 hour layover. Property is 25 minutes away, it's in a sketchy neighborhood with hardly any lighting and the property is clean but not well kept.
