Nice hotel in a great location. Staff is professional and friendly. Easy walk to many dining and shopping options as well as the metro. Only negative is the gym, it is small and not well equipped.

It's a nice hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was always helpful. The pool was cute. The hotel was <20 walk from a lot of great restaurants, some smaller markets, a huge mall, subway station. I rarely had to hire a car/grab. The road the hotel is on was quite busy though, with a lot of traffic.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times and I will continue to do so when I am in Bangkok!!! Everything about this Hotel is wonderful, especially the people!!!
