Friendly clean and convenient budget hotel
Very happy with the service and location of the hotel. Close to BTS Chitlom and Big C supermarket. Hotel is however very dated. If you like to spend alot of time in the hotel i would recommend book elsewhere. For a simple clean hotel to sleep in and freshen up it is a great budget hotel.

Hotel close to big shopping centres
Staff are friendly n helpful. Hotel mayb abit old, v clean. Unfortunately no elevator
Reception at night shift was helpfully excepted reception in the morning shift. She doesn’t know what is good service mind. Well We didn’t expected much as it’s 2.5 star hotel. But you guys should improve your communication skill with your team and specially with guests. There was a story that we wanted to print out some documents, staff at night shift said it was 20 Bath per page. We didn’t do it immediately as it super late night so we came at the reception in the next morning and she said “we never have that stuff” with the face like I’m stupid person. Anyway I was happy with the staff at night shift for your all service mind and help
