Good little find.
Not a bad little find. You cannot grumble for the money. Very clean and comfortable if a little dated. Staff all very nice. Bit of a scrum for the free shuttle but that was the ignorant customers fault, not staff. Would definitely stay again if needed to be at the airport early.

Hotel is very close to the airport. However, the staff (front desk) is actually and objectively rude. The bathroom featured a lot of hair on the floor and walls that wasnt mine. The air conditioning worked sometimes but sounded like one of those cash counting machines at the bank. There is no shuttle operating at 30 minute intervals as advertised, and i was laughed at when I asked (and told that a shuttlw could be made available in two hours). Taxis are not expensive... but still, why advertise a service which is not provided? The pool is nice, and well maintained!

Initial room was very smelly of smoke. Changed room to another building that was worn and lacking in maintenance. Bathroom socket hanging out of wall. Curtains stained, walls stained and wall under ac unit mildewed. Very small room, hard mattress,one pillow. TV remote only worked channel up other buttons did not work. Cable tv very poor reception, snowy screen Only good thing about breakfast was the coffee. Dinner service poor, waitresses in torn jeans.

They dont have safety precaution for elder client no appropriate car for wheelchair ,no courtesy ,no good customer service,they need to have better language to communicate well. And they want you to pay upfront everything even you already stayed in their hotel and dont want charge

Perfect for a one night stay close to airport . Close to several dining options, local market , and airport. I tried messaging to hotel to arrange shuttle pickup from airport without success- one of my travel partners booked on another site and was able to arrange pickup via email. Not sure if this was Expedia related but has happened before. To airport shuttle arranged by desk was great. One of the 2 pools looked clear and clean. Good value for hotel near airport. Poor WIFI in our room.

I was only staying overnight & had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean & my bed had a comfortable mattress which I never take for granted when staying in Thailand. I arrived quite late & would've liked to have a cocktail at the bar before bed however it closed at 10.00pm which I thought was a little bit early.

The nearness to Suvarnabhumi Airport by using the Hotel’s airport shuttle is very convenient , though there May be a wait of up to 30 minutes at the airport before The shuttle bus picks you up The hotel rooms do not have a safe and the hotel Does not have a general safe for the use of guests Given that the wallet ,holding the room pass , indicates That is unwise to leave valuables in your room this Would appear to be serious omission. Guests do not Really want to walk around the area with their valuables On them

We spent the last night of our exciting trip here before returning home from Bangkok. Most important for us was the proximity from BKK, breakfast and the airport shuttle service. The room was modern and clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. Pool area at night was quiet and delightful, we watched plains taking off. Breakfast area and service were also really nice! Staff is helpful, understand and speak English.

We really enjoyed our stay here for our purposes. We wanted to be close to the airport and knew it there would be a slightly lengthy journey to go downtown. Comfy beds, clean rooms, helpful staff, chilled out pool area..if these are the things that matter to you, you won’t be disappointed. Airport noise was minimal.
