We really enjoyed our stay here for our purposes. We wanted to be close to the airport and knew it there would be a slightly lengthy journey to go downtown. Comfy beds, clean rooms, helpful staff, chilled out pool area..if these are the things that matter to you, you won’t be disappointed. Airport noise was minimal.

Review: I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience. The standard room I was given had several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a strong musty smell that lingered throughout the room, likely due to the visible mold in the bathroom and around the windows. The bed was extremely hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and quite rude when I brought up these concerns. Instead of assisting, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. Overall, this hotel fell far below my expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Overall good, shuttle an issue
Overall experience was good, but logistics with airport shuttle was difficult to coordinate. I emailed the hotel beforehand to get some help, but no response, so had to take an airport taxi instead. When I arrived at the hotel, I saw the shuttle outiside, but there’s no way I would’ve spotted it at the airport, as the writing on the bus was not in English, or didn’t have the hotels name/logo on it.

Very close to airports for those whom fly in late and need sleep., very professional staff. Very clean roooms and comon areas. But outside my balcony very smelly piles of renovation rubbish. Could be cleaned up. Front desk staff and bellmen at 2am. Were so polite and professional.
