I enjoyed my stay so much that when I lost my passport, I went back. Im afraid I would not rate the pool for swimming. It is very small, more like a jacuzzi without the warmth and bubbles. If you want to swim don't come here, try the Mandarin

Based in China town but still walkable to most things. Metro blue line within minutes which was super easy to use. Facilities at the hotel were excellent with lots of dining options and a super roof top bar. Staff were very helpful. The concierge were great. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again

We were exhausted when we arrived. They were sticky about their 2 pm check in. We went to the pool and more rules and stiff staff to enforce them. Not a friendly hotel. But Chinatown is right down the street. It is the first hotel we stayed in during our 2 week trip in Thailand, and it's not representative of the friendliness of the rest of our trip. In case like this, I usually wonder about the hotel owners/administrators who set the rules and tones, not the staff.

Wonderful hotel in fantastic location. My wife and I have stayed here several times over the last few years. We love the location and the hotel and staff have never disappointed. Now, I am not saying perfect, the hotel is a little old now, sometimes things go wrong, but the staff have always been there to help. Do not come expecting a new hotel, consider her a majestic beauty and enjoy her elegant grace.
