State of rooms are much poorer than advertised

The lobby is OK but the rooms are very rin down. The grouts and sjkwer curtains are mildewed and floors look very worn. This is lisyed as a 5-Star hotel but it is 3 stars at best. The entire hotel is old and needs refurbishment. Beds and linens are clean and comfortable. Nothing wrong with staff and service people. Very good shuttle service and staff are helpful and friendly. It is a convenient location for overnight transit at BKK.

Great short stay hotel

Great airport hotel for overnight stays - reasonable price and good food. Shuttle service is great - detailed instructions were sent prior to arrival making it easy to find. Not a lot of food options in the area around the hotel but the restaurant in the hotel was good quality and reasonably priced.

This hotel, conveniently located near the airport, offers an exceptional stay! The complimentary shuttle service was punctual and reliable, making transfers seamless. The staff were welcoming. The breakfast buffet impressed with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were clean, and equipped with comfortable beds. The pool area was a highlight—clean, inviting, and ideal for unwinding after a day of travel. Highly recommended!

Great staff and free shuttle bus

Great staff were very welcoming, even at 11am. The breakfast is very good and the shuttle bus service is excellent. On time and easy to get to. The hotel is about a 8 min drive from airport, so slightly further than I thought. Looks like it has a nice bar for drinks and food. Great for a 1 night stop over
