The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it’s on both BTS and MTR station. It’s right at the mall with plenty of food and shopping option. However, the condition of the hotel is old, worn out. The room is big but the interior decor is very old style. Compare to the hotel standard in Thailand, this is a 3 star standard.

The location and access to amenities is top notch. The actual hotel itself has a good gym, spa, and activities for hotel guests who want to spend the day in the hotel. The room is big and clean with the special japanese toilets.

We really enjoyed our stay! We arrived very late at night, warrmly wcomed, but the true glamour of the property beamed in the morning. Breakfast was outstanding- so many options! Transportation was easy with the MRT next door. We would recommend this property!

Had an excellent 2 nights stay, best location to restaurants, terminal 21 shopping mall connections with hotel. Highly recommend staying as bts train is right on ur door, with easy access to all of Bangkok’s great locations.

This is our go to place when in Bangkok. Ideally located with Terminal 21 Shopping mall, and the Asoke BTS station. Even if it’s raining you’ll stay dry!

Stay here for 3 nights. It's above the T21 malls easy to catch the BTS and general shopping. Only thing I didn't like about the hotel is no checking of ID of prostitutes that come in with the customers, made it feel unsafe as I came on holiday with my kids.
