We liked the hotel, which is centrally located, has helpful staff, a great kitchen, and unique access to the Terminal 21 Mall. The App-based Taxis were easy to find. My children had diet restrictions and the Hotel staff went out of their way to help. All in all a wonderful and comfortable stay

The big plus for the property is the location and convenience. The breakfast buffet has good/reasonable varierty of food for a 5 stars hotel. However, it is dated and way below the 5 stars standards in comparison to its peers. The washing machine is not working! Staff helpful and formerly. Well I stay there again?!

Great location (right next to BTS and MRT, on top of Terminal 21). Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that bothers me is they didn’t give us new toiletries and toilet paper, after they came to clean our room. We ran out of soap/shampoo/toilet paper after 2 days. We had to call the front desk one night to get new toiletries and toilet paper.

We stayed for 3 nights and are happy with our room. The room is modern and clean. There is a dryer/washing machine in the room which we can use for our laundry. The hotel has a level where all the facilities like swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and a game room are. My kid enjoyed the facilities very much. The location is great with a BTS and a MRT station.
