The hotel was beautiful, well maintained and the staff were incredible. The rooms are modern, well appointed, large and the views are spectacular. However, the hotel is a little far from the action of Bangkok. The pool is fantastic but crowded. Overall I really liked the hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Bangkok!

The cleanliness is on spot with great amenities and exceptional staff services. Not the best location in terms of public transport but easy to catch a grab to get to most attractions within 20 minutes. Ideal for people who looks for a luxury stay, the other plus their is roof top bar and gym, and they have a spa place just next to the hotel which is also great.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend. I was in town for jewelry business and the location is quite ideal for those purposes. Not much for restaurants etc. directly near by but a 10 minute taxi puts everything in reach.

This grand hotel makes you feel like royalty. It is gorgeous, spotless and very elegant. The rooftop pool has sweeping view and the breakfast buffet has a ton of options.

The property was clean and updated to current level of 4.5 star. From the check in to the pool, to the concierge, everything was top notch. The only reason safe and service didn't get 5 starts is bc the pool bar attendant wasn't as friendly as everyone else. Still absolutely 4stars

The hotel is exceptionally well taken care of and the staff is super friendly. Be aware that it alcohol free but you can bring your own. You can buy beer but must pay for it with cash or card at time of purchase. I highly recommend staying there.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and stayed in this hotel for new years. It was amazing! The pool, sauna, and games room were great. The room was fantastic and it was a great place to stay during new years. We even watched the fireworks at Iconsiam from our hotel room large window. Thank you for a great stay!

Good, but not 5-stars
Grand Center Point Surawong is a lovely hotel, and a great location. But it is not a 5-star hotel, if you’re used to Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton levels of service. There were a lot of little things: the check-in was rushed and not well communicated (the lady just rushed thru the process and hurried us on our way), there is no turndown service, the bathroom amenities weren’t replaced after use, the concierge wouldn’t give us water (I had to go back up to the room), the fridge in the room had food left over from the person before me, etc. All that said, the facilities are delightful, the pool has an incredible view, breakfast is fantastic, the beds are comfortable, the bathtubs are lovely. But this is definitely a 4-star or 4.5-star hotel.
