It’s a nice hotel that great service. It can get very jammed in the morning and afternoon, so just need to prepare for this when going out.

We enjoyed the great selection of foods at breakfast and the high quality of it. The pool location is great. Most importantly the staff are all attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it is a beautiful property.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life! Service was incredible from the front desk to the housekeeping , everyone was so nice . Rooms were very big and clean and very modern . We even got a birthday surprise dessert . I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I come back to Bangkok!

The area just around the hotel is a bit boring, but walk a few minutes and you got loads of cool and nice places . The pool is very small and crowded, rooms are lovely breakfast is good and the staff very sweet and friendly.

The staff were extremely helpful even though I wasn’t able to use my credit card when checking in. BTS station may not be too closed to hotel but it is still within a reasonable walk and safe.
