A newly opened hotel with beautiful views from the rooms and the breakfast area. Clean and well-maintained, with direct access to the BTS Golden Line and ICON SiAM shopping center. The staff is very friendly, especially Mrs. Pook, Mr. Jay, and the housekeeper from the 16th floor.

This is an excellent place to stay. Very convenient to everything. The staff is exceptional. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 is because we had a little issue during check in and check out.

The stay has been great until today. I came back to the room this afternoon and there was a strong smell of the paint, I am allergic to the smell of paint and it gave me instant headache. I told staff, they came over to put air purifier in the room but the smell still there. I have to put the mask on while I am in the room and I can still smell it.

Great hotel

It's a beautiful new hotel, i would give it 5 star. The location is great, the staff are welcoming and very professional and smiles. The river view is a bit far from the hotel but still nice. Breakfast is quite nice and very tasty. The beds are very comfy and the towels are new and very big. Thanks for a very nice 40th anniversary decoration and cake and personal blessing card, we were excited to find out all those surprises at arrival. We would come again for sure. You have made us very happy. .

We were very delighted to find how conveniently located this hotel is. Both BTS and the River Boats are just walking to them. The connections to Icon Siam is very nice with all the shopping and restaurants availability. The breakfast restaurant on the 9th floor is very well run, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay.

Good hotel but didn’t quite feel like a Hilton

Lovely hotel and good location for iconsiam but getting to places on the other side of the river not so easy due to constant traffic Good gym Great breakfast room and options Biggest issue was slow checkout and no checkout invoice . As they take a holding deposit they announced it will take 2 weeks to release - ridiculous

The hotel is conveniently located, next to the monorail and less than 5 minutes walk to Icon Siam, an iconic mall in Bangkok. Water transportation is available at Icon Siam which can be used to travel to major attractions along the river such as Wat Arun and Grand Palace.

Apparently this property is only two months old. Of course it is in good condition but we had problems with the shower where the water was not running when you are taking a shower. Temporary resolution was done. No effort to change our room was made, neither a discount was given. However the guest service manager sent a very beautiful card apologizing for the situation. Overall a good location if you love shopping

Room was small but very clean. Air conditioner kept turning off at nighttime so the room could get too warm for sleeping. No concierge service available - no help for suitcases delivered to the room.
