Great time at the Jasmine
Beautiful hotel on the east side of Bangkok. Staff were friendly, food selection for breakfasts was great, the room was very spacious and clean too. It's a bit far from Bangkok centre however, we used the Grab app to books taxis and is a short walk from Ekkamai BTS (sky train station) to get into town which was very easy. Would definitely recommend 👍

The Jasmine is situated in a quiet although busy area, There is a BTS train line about a nine minute walk away. The property has a nice gym and pool area that is kept clean and the staff is friendly as well as professional. Check in and out was an easy process with the professional staff at the front desk. My only critique is that shower curtains need to be installed to keep the water in the tub and not have it on the floor, which is a safety issue. Overall my stay was enjoyable and I would stay there again.

Great Stay
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was super comfortable—just what I needed after a long day. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. The facilities were great too—especially the pool, which was a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel’s attention to detail really made a difference. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Big rooms, but I don’t know about the 5 star service. First day there was no hot water for my shower. Reception called me later that afternoon in the room because I’d forgotten my passport at reception when they arrived at my door with the passport, it wasn’t my passport, and I have my passport anyway. Second day still no hot water for my shower. Two cold showers in two nights. Balcony on room is dirty with no where to sit. Breakfast - reasonable.

Excellent place to stay for families, with either the 2 or 3-room suites. The hotel also offers fair prices for excursions and the restaurant had surprisingly good fried rice & pad thai

The property does not provide adequate pots and pan (only one pan), 5 plates and 5 sets of cutlery for 3 bedrooms apartment. Wifi is quite weak and water leaking in the main bedroom.
