Horrible place to stay.
The most horrible place you can find. There is a discotheque bellow the hotel. It is not just noisy, even with noise cancelling headphones you can feel the basses. We needed to stay overnight for flight early morning. At 04:00am the show was still going on. The room is dirty with bugs, we found some dry excrements left next to the toilet door. Bedsheets were dirty and smelly. The receptionist tried to double bill us (we prepaid on the web), after some investigation late evening, the charge was refunded, nobody even apologized. We had another reservation at the same hotel a week after, luckily it was with a cancellation option.

Cockroaches galore
We booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, most other hotels were fully booked so we weren’t left with much choice. We found loads of cockroaches in our rooms - our friend’s room even had a cockroach nest in the bathroom. When we mentioned this to staff at the hotel they didn’t seem to care much and made an attempt to sweep away the nest but when we returned to the room there was still part of the nest there. We could see the eggs and small cockroaches moving. We asked for a refund for the night and weren’t allowed. Overall the room was okay, bed rock hard making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. But otherwise fine.

Well there is a reason why we book so they ready for us ,but when we get there it not they scramble try to get a room for us which the room still hasn't clean ,dirty towels, dead cockroach on the floor.during our stay they only come and clean the room once that cuz we ask them a couple times.dont believe the picture on web complete opposite .place smell like piss ,disappointed .

Suitable for backpackers
Brilliant location on a budget to party on Khaosan road. Rooms are basic but suitable for backpackers. Yes it’s noisy but what do you expect on Khaosan Road.

Good enough hotel
The hotel is right in the heart of the Khao San Road but is fairly quiet from all the noise going on outside. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in process was good. I had to provide a deposit of 1000 baht for the key which was returned to me when I checked out. The room was of average quality but quite comfortable and the bathroom facilities were fine.

We had booked the hotel in advance from previous reviews - photos looked good but hotel is nothing like it very basic dark no windows & noisy outside although we had rooms at the back. Bathroom was aweful - would not recommend this to anyone!

Great location and clean hotel
Awesome place to stay and near all the action. The staff is cool and the place is kept well given its location. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be near all the bars and clubs. Its also convenient since we were able to run up to use the restroom any time we wanted. All the shops are located on the same street.

Nice hotel for short stay
First i must say the staff was very friendly. The hotel was currently under renovation and had a bad odor from the construction area. Its a nice budget hotel for short stay .

Restoration Work Ongoing
Don't arrive at this hotel thinking there is a restaurant or a roof garden. Considerable restoration work is ongoing. The lobby area is being extended to include shops and a restaurant and the roof garden does not exist. I believe this is going to be an additional bar and a restaurant. Had I not received a good daily rate and paid in advance I certainly would not be staying.

Right on top of the night life!
Probably not the best accommodation if you are a light sleeper. Very close to the pubs and clubs but we enjoyed being so close to the night life.

Good stay. Nice hotel, had a few repair works going on but they try hard not to get in your way and it's located in a great place but khao San road is an area which has a night life so expect loud music until 3am in the area and you can hear it slightly from the room. The beds are a little hard but good to sleep on, staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect place to stay to party in Khao San Rd
The room was comfortable enough, as long as you intend to go out and party on Khao San Road. The room I had faced the street and was not so well insulated from the throbbing nightlife below. Not a problem for me, but might have been if I had to wake up early.

Great hotel but not for light sleepers
I stayed at the hotel for three days and I liked having access to the tour company in the hotel. The hotel staff (except for one person) were incredibly helpful during my stay. I was lucky enough to have a room on the upper floors so I didn't really hear the music from the street but I know other guests weren't that lucky. Great hotel, it's conveniently located on Khao San Road.

Nice hotel with nightlife steps away
This hotel was clean, comfortable, in a convenient location, and had very friendly staff. Short walk (20 mins) to all the major attractions in the old city. This hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy the night life on Khao San Road. The music stops between 2-4 am. If you're a light sleeper who wants to sleep when the music is playing, this is not the hotel for you. We really enjoyed our stay.
