The facility in this hotel is good. I was upgraded to PREMIUM SUITE (from DELUXE ROOM). The fitness center and the swimming pool is good too. I did a Thai Style Massage in the hotel and the price is reasonable.

2nd Stay in the last month. Great spot! Great staff. Security crew is awesome. The building is nice. The steam room and sauna are so nice! The staff will make sure to keep it 5 stars. But I have to admit, broken stuff in the room both times like the A/C. Needs to be checked more.

The property was well kept. The room was very spacious and luxurious, with high end finishes, this is definitely a 5 star hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I checked in at 12:30am. Everyone from the doorman, to the bellman, to the desk staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was excellent! I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Bangkok!

Got a family room. It was large and the bathroom was great! Around the hotel, nothing much to explore. 10mins walk to nearest train station. Taxi from anywhere around the central attractions and malls will cost you upwards of 200baht due to the bangkok jam. Gym is very good. Pools are non-heated with a jacuzzi.

On arrival we were made very welcome by both Guitar and Pop in the Lancaster Club lounge - the room was immaculate, with a welcome note and fresh fruit from the hotel manager. The hotel is well positioned, a short 10 minute walk to the metro or MRT to the airport. There is a complimentary Tuk Tuk to the metro but we enjoyed the walk. All the staff were welcoming, polite and nothing too much to ask. I would be recommending this hotel to others, and returning myself on our next vacation

Beautiful hotel - like staying at a shangri la but at a fraction of the cost. Staff was incredible- always went above and beyond! No business center so you need to set up somewhere more public if taking calls in other time zones.
