The room and the rest of the accommodations were exceptional. The staff and their attention to your needs were also exceptional. I couldn't walk anywhere without a staff member stepping up to guide the way. When I return to Bangkok, I will stay here again. The food available in the restaurants was delicious and very expensive. My primary critique would be the cost of drinks, which I felt was much more expensive than necessary. Fortunately, the hotel's location allows easy access to many reasonably priced options. Doma Bar would be my first choice for reasonably priced craft cocktails.

Got upgraded to something like a 2 BR suite. Very helpful for our family stay. The casual restaurant by the pool is heavily overpriced. A coke is usually like 50 baht or so. But here, in all, it’s 500-ish (around 15 USD !!!) dishes start at around the same price.

Excellent hotel! It's an old hotel but they managed to keep up with the standards and cleanliness. The staff are very well trained. They are polite, helpful, friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

The room we stayed was very poor layout such as: can’t blow dry in the bathroom Only bring to the living room with one outlet that actually working , the hair blow dryer is so weak and not able to dry our hair . The bathroom is not level therefore the water is flooded in the shower Receptionist and everyone there was very very friendly and helpful, we appreciated additional hour late check out, very helpful for us that have late got out .

Outdated but still worth it.
Outdated rooms, nice bathroom, good linen. General foul smell throughout. No streaming tv option. Despite all of this, the view from the balcony, the rooftop bars, excellent restaurants and breakfast, and excellent service make this hotel a good choice. I would go back.
