Run away! Paying €400 for a room for a couple and getting two single beds... I have no words!!! Not even a reply to my email. At that price there are much better options in Bangkok! With real consideration for customers.

The view from my balcony on the 53rd floor was amazing (city and river view) I got upgraded and was given access to the lounge area with complimentary food and beverage. Lounge is the same floor as the breeze. (See movie Hang Over 2). Unfortunately, I thought the skybar was the one at thr breeze, when in fact it was at the 64th floor. Will definitely return to post the correct skybar.

Everything was great, except for, if you use both showers in the room, water goes too hot and too cold with no warnings. Other than that, the breakfast was one of the best at any hotel. There were also many healthy options. Staff were excellent. Hotel was very nice

Frankly, this property reminded us of an old woman…used to be grand but badly in need of a makeover. The hall carpets were stained. Our room has debris on the floor from previous residents which stayed there the entire 4 days. We deliberately left it to see if they’d clean it…but no. The refrigerator had debris also from previous guests. The bathroom was cleaned nicely each day and the bed made. But the overall attention to detail was not there. This was 3 star at best.

The Worst, Overpriced & Overrated Hotel in Asia

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Incompetent staff, filthy / bug infested rooms. How is this a 5* hotel?? It's appalling. The level of English from even the best staff is poor. Housekeeping was sloppy, seemed like the rooms got dirtier each time we had it cleaned. This was a 5 night stay straight out of a horror movie. $100 USD in room service got us a small steak, potatoes & a couple of meat skewers. Even the roof top view isn't amazing considering the layout of the construction. The biggest issue is the way that the management handled our situation. Deplorable disgusting people. Don't fall for the Hangover 2 movie hype. Please stay anywhere else other than here.
