Our room was very small but clean and the surrounding area got very noisy and unsafe at night. It's close to the metro but we hate walking there at night, it's like walking in a red light district.

Well here is the story of my bad experience staying in this hotel. I contact the hotel through Expedia to let them know about my late check in midnight. They reply me about book early breakfast. I tried to contact again over and over same issue. I call many times nobody answer. I went to the hotel website send message about my worry if I can’t get room during my arrive late time. I ask about airport pick up and late check in. They reply me ask me to book now and pay for pick up but they don’t answer my question about check in. Finally I could find another e mail address ask same question before my flight so they reply me. I really had very stressful time trying to get simple answer about my situation. About my experience staying there, the hotel entrance and elevator smells so bad all the time and I’m not sure what this smell is. Front staff no smile, no friendly and they don’t care about guest. I can’t recommend this hotel and never come back.

It was nicely decorated. Fantastic shower. Beds were very comfortable. Needed closet/drawers. Only one shelf and a decorated shelf to hang clothes exposed.

A budget-friendly option :) We initially chose this property as we also stayed at the lyf hotel during our trip to Singapore last year and was extremely satisfied with its condition and facilities, especially considering its price. Overall vibes: The Bangkok location is similar to the Singapore one, in terms of the interior decor and vibes. However, we found that the Singapore location had more amenities (e.g. gym), which was not a huge issue for us since we were just staying for a few days. Minor issues: What bothered us a bit was the amount of insects in our room. We found a bunch of dead ants beside our bed while the hotel mentioned that they had just gone through pest control on the day of our check-in. We also found some live ants crawling around the frame of the bed, and some bugs (they looked like fruit flies?) flying around in room. However, we do understand that this is largely due to the climate differences in Bangkok (versus Singapore), so we didn't make a huge deal out of it. We also saw a few stains on the walls. Overall: Despite the above mentioned points, overall, we were still satisfied with our stay given the cost of the hotel. Here are some other pros about the hotel: - Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful! They also spoke decent English so we had no issues communicating :) Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. - The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the Nana BTS station. Very convenient!

Very convenient to the BTS station, staff ever so helpful and friendly. Room and overall hotel clean. Unfortunately the room slightly small. If you have 2 big bags, it will be a challenge to manoeuvre around the room. That aside it’s a bit noisy as the bars in the street opens to the early hours.

Highly resommended. Thisbplace was very nicely decorated and had all the right anemities needed. The dorm-style environment was perfect. Will stay here again. Reminded me of the The Moxy in Los Angeles.

we parked our car and was greeted by a lovely man at security desk, he was the only friendly staff member. Room was clean but no water, TV or fridge is very strange for Thailand, the bed was hard, uncomfortable and only 2 pillows. location is great, close to train, 7/11 and party areas. We were going to stay a few more nights but decided to go elsewhere and gain a better room and services for half the money. Much better options around than this place.

Unique spot with a full modern kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. A money saving option and also even with an oven which is rare in Thailand so can roast or bake!
