I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing stay!

I love this property because its situationally located near the metro, easy access to everything. The room are spacious and staff are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the food at the breakfast buffet and the food at the restaurant , my personal favorite food from their restaurant was the Crab fried rice.

The hotel offered a good breakfast buffet. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is not near any public transportation. Also the shower room has some unpleasant smell.

Mandarin Hotel Bangkok – Great Service and Comfortable Stay I had a good experience overall at the Mandarin Hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The front desk staff, door staff, and housekeeping team were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always ready to assist with directions, luggage, or anything I needed throughout my stay. I decided to extend my stay for a few more days and asked the front desk for help. They kindly offered to assist and asked whether I preferred to book directly with them or online. I assumed the price would match online rates (like on Expedia), but it turned out the direct booking price was slightly higher. Now that I know, I’ll use that information for future reference. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with excellent customer service!

The property is mediocre. Staff are okay but not too friendly. Dining outlets are limited. Breakfast is just okay but not to the standard of other hotels in the city. The hotel lacks ambience and is not welcoming.
